「The property is in a perfect location to enjoy everything that Manitou has to offer. As well as walkable to downtown. Easy in and out with you vehicle as well if your visiting nearby attractions by car. And the Hosts are fantastic」

「The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However the check-in process is terrible. There are no actual human beings working on the property. 「Very happy with the place. Great location: halfway between CO Springs & Manitou Springs/Pikes Peak.Suggestions: anti-slip mats in bath tubs,Sand down sharp edges on thresholds (hurt my feet!)Add lighting over sink area. Get sofas that aren’t like 4 individual chairs, consider pull out beds to sleep more people. I wanted to lay down on the sofa to watch TV and couldn’t due to arm rests/cup holders built into sofas.」

「Clean room, a little tight for a walker, but overall a very nice place.」
