“入住的流程都算順利, 房間的裝潢很新, 平時我最在意的廁所也同樣很清潔, 有廚房對於出差在外的人來說真的件很棒的是事情, 因為不用每餐都在餐廳吃, 唯一缺點就是附近遊民似乎有點多(其實downtown也很多), 除了這個 住宿本身真的說不出什麼缺點~”

“They let me reserve the room at 10pm, then after the payment went through they sent me a message stating check is between 4-7pm if you want to check in later you have to give the 72hr notice and there os NO front desk and no one will be back in office til 9am the next day! So why would you let me make a reservation of there is no way to get into the room?”

“我们订的酒店房间比较大，室外有各种秋色小景，附近还有一个小湖，户外景色美丽，我们订的房间共4层，共有多个洗手间，厨房各种炊具齐全，客厅也不小，房间干净卫生，温暖舒适，缺点是酒店太大，我们晚上到达开着车转了二、三圈才找到我们的房间，次日check-out时也是找了一段时间才回到前台。”

“Great family stay for a ski trip. Staff was very friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable throughout our stay. The shuttle service every 30 minutes to town and the gondola made getting around very easy. We also really enjoyed the private movie room, you can reserve it ahead of time and it’s a great option for families. There’s also a restaurant/bar on site with a decent food selection. The only minor downside was that lobby coffee is not complimentary and is charged per cup, which……

“We enjoyed our stay at the property and would stay again. It is in a great location with a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the Peak 9 lift. Parking is really easy in an underground structure. The gym was nice as were the hot tubs. Charter sports is located on the property but Christy’s is a 3 mins walk away as well. Ski and snowboard gear must be checked into the Charter Ski Valet regardless of where you rent from or even if you own your own skis. The front desk staff was excellent. The……
