“This 4-bedroom townhome was absolutely perfect for our group of co-workers who were in Keystone for an event, everyone had plenty of personal room and the location was a minutes' walk to the main area of River Run. We rented during the summer but if you're a mountain biker or skier this is location is perfect to catch a lift up the mountain and come back into town for Apres. “We absolutely loved this place. The location to skiing was amazing. The only negatives if we had any were because we cook every meal we needed bigger skillets, pot holders, gallon size pitcher, and maybe some more storage containers for leftovers. Overall we are planning to stay again. Thank you!”

“This place was located in a quiet neighborhood and had privacy. We stayed here because it was minutes away to other mountain towns and escaped the city heat. The only thing that was weird for us is that the house was listed on the market on our second to last day and the night before we had a lady in our driveway taking videos and not explaining what was going on and we weren’t notified of this happening to be aware. Would recommend, but looks like they are selling!”

Only negative thing was the water filter needed to be changed and we had to by 2 cases of water mountain valley water 65 but other than that we would stay again for the price we paid for the property. “The location of the property was fantastic! Very easy to get in and out of whether you are heading towards Dillon or A basin. So much room in this property! All of the bedrooms were great size, and everything was super clean. The unit was well stocked with cooking utensils and such. They were also plenty of fans and humidifiers for our use as well as lots of extra blankets. Any time we had any questions, they were answered right away and with such a great attitude. “Loved our stay, plenty of space for our group for a long weekend ski trip”

“We stayed at this place for our guys ski trip. There were six of us and the place had plenty of room. Nice amenities and the hot tub was great. shuttle was just out the front door.”

“Excellent communication along the way by summit county real estate company. Right off main road near keystone ”

“In town for USASA snowboard Nationals, house was a perfect fit and had everything we needed. Had a problem with hot water on arrival but maintenance personnel had it fixed quickly. Location was in the back of neighborhood so took a little longer than expected to get in and out but no a real big deal. Overall a great place would definitely stay there again.”
