「Clean room, it had everything I needed and it was within walking distance to grocery, bars, shopping and Ballard St. This is my second visit and I would return again.」

「Yes, quite so. Only critique of amenities is that the footing on the outdoor path needs to be firmer: stepping tiles felt loose. Also, the parking spot north of the garage was where we were directed to park but it was virtually unusable for our mid-compact car -- hedge needs trimming. However, the host himself told us where could alternately park. He happened to be there but if he had not been it could be confusing.」
