「Very nice hotel. We were unable to book a massage but we used the mineral pools. Very relaxing. Went back to the room and our tv didn’t work. They were unable to fix. It wasn’t that important, we were tired and had our phones. The big disappointment was our dinner. The dining area and bar was nice but we were very disappointed with our meals. We opted to leave early and not to eat breakfast there. 」

「We never got to stay at the hotel. They called us in the way there and cancelled our weekend due to a ‘ room emergency’. Then we began a nightmare of calls trying to get our refund being bounced between Expedia who told us to call VBRO who would promptly tell us to call Expedia. What a nightmare! I’m still waiting for the hotel GM to return my calls. 」

「This property charges a 19% resort fee. I asked why and was told it was for the "pool, etc". The pool was closed. There was no hot water in the morning. The lampshade was marred with some sort of burn mark. The interior lock on the door did not work. When I first checked in, my room key would not work; there was a big kurfuffle before they found me another room. The room was noisy. I have stayed here every single time I have come to Bend for 25 years. No more. 」
