「This place was perfect for a last minute stay in Grand Rapids. The property is cute inside, as well as being very clean and updated. It is definitely cozy, but for my husband and I, it was a perfect size. As mentioned in other reviews, the stairs are definitely something to be aware of. 「First time booking a Vrbo! Stressed in the beginning about when or how to check in not realizing at the time it’s normal to get that information just hours before! Worked out great for the group size we had (7 Adults). Parking was tight, but manageable, A/C units in most of the rooms was huge with it being 90 all weekend, everything worked and was clean!
