Excellent Lake Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. My husband and I got up and canoed every day. The downstairs area is perfect for games and watching movies.

Great place for a family vacation.

Lots of space, private outdoors, great fire pit, sweet little pond for paddling and watching/listening to the loons. Not the place for you if you are not fit enough for the long steep hill to the pond. Thank you to the owners for such a nice place for our family to celebrate several life changing events. We had fun!

Really, really good

Nice place, very comfortable, beautiful spot on the lake. House was perfectly cleaned. Appliances and everything included were newish and worked great. Lots of little nice touches around the house. Probably the best rental we've ever had. Owners go above and beyond with obvious pride in their lovely lakeside cottage.

AMAZING CABIN GETAWAY!

The cabin was more than we expected! Clean, lovely, private but access to stores if need be, and my young adult kids said "Can we rent this every year! Loved this place (and I travel alot), so much, I would be interested in buying it or one on that road, should it become available! It will not dissappoint. :)

Well deserved upgrades

We stayed in this property several years ago, due to its good location. The kitchen has been remodeled (!!yes!!) and AC added, making the property much improved. Repairs to the outside deck areas have been made as well. Thanks to the local Vacasa crew who helped out with the mounds of trash from the previous party. The house could use a second trash can, to keep trash from wildlife.

Fishing Trip

Hello …. While everything in the house was great… There were a few items outside .I understand it’s winter but … The gutters were totally frozen with ice there the over flow of water made huge amounts of ice on deck especially by entry door .When we got there we had to shovel the stairs and deck I guy did show up but it was already done .Big storm came in Saturday night and all day Sunday.When we left Monday still no one shoveled so we did it again . Also the driveway was not plowed … We did have two trucks there but halfway would have helped The street plow came and made a 3 foot high pile at top of driveway. You can watch the camera from the house on how brutal it was to get up the driveway at 915 am today . If not for a 4 wheel drive I would be getting towed and still had to go back and forth in 4 wheel low to get out .Any normal car would be stuck . Also outside grill doesn’t heat up enough or frozen .Gary
