il posto è molto bello, dotato di tutti i confort, con parcheggio interno custodito, nelle vicinanze ci sono diversi ristoranti e davanti anche un distributore

L'hotel è in un luogo tranquillo, e questo, unito ad una buona insonorizzazione degli infissi garantisce un riposo tranquillo. La stanza è ampia e luminosa. Bella anche la struttura con un ampio cortile interno. Check-in veloce. L'ingresso non è intuibile facilmente e all'arrivo si resta un po disorientati. La manutenzione generale dell'hotel da l'impressione di essere stata trascurata e l'arredamento datato. Nel bagno mentre si usa la doccia esce inevitabilmente un rivolo d'acqua a causa dell'errata posizione del vetro. Il Wifi non è funzionante. La colazione era stata messa da parte nonostante fossero solo le 8,30. Ci è stata comunque fornito l'essenziale. Avrei gradito almeno delle scuse per i vari disagi.

Bonne adresse à Caserta

Beaucoup de sites peu fréquentés d'intérêt historique à découvrir à une demi heure de Naples. Vues panoramiques sur la baie, la plaine, le Vésuve, depuis les hauteurs environnantes. Excellent rapport qualité/prix de l'hôtel, dans une grande demeure très agréable, au calme.

Hotels.com suggested a swimming pool which wasn’t there. Only a very small caption mentioned Campo Sportivo. This is very misleading and we’re disappointed by this. A visit at the swimming pool wasn’t included and to be paid for 7,- euro a person.

Non ''risultava'' al momento drl nostro arrivo la nostra prenotazione per due notti, oltretutto già pagata. Ci è stata data una stanza di ripiego dove npn funzionava il wireless eche non era neanche ben pulita (trovare un cerotto usato per terra non ga piacere...). La mattina successiva ,liberatasi una stanza normale,ci hanno offerto di cambiare stanza.. Abbiamo accettato.

Il check in non è stato piacevole...ho ricevuto le chiavi da una persona seccata ed irritata. Ho trovato una camera differente da quella prenotata sul Vostro portale. Ho avuto la camera per disabili, ma ho prenotato una camera singola per normodotati. Inoltre, ho trovato la federa del cuscino sporca di sangue ed il soffione della doccia rotto.

Lobby carina con graziosa corte interna. Parcheggio esterno chiuso molto comodo. Camera ampia ma spartana. Bagno con porta del box doccia scorrevole mancante. Linea cortesia generosa. Bagno un pò triste e poco curato anche se la pulizia è ottima. Minibar con acque consumate da precedente ospite e non rimpiazzate. Divano letto molto scomodo e cigolante. Prezzo giusto. Colazione buona con personale molto cordiale e gentile.

Buen hotel con precio correcto

Un buen hotel para visitar el palacio real de Caserta. Tiene pinta de ser un hotel donde se celebran bodas y eventos....por lo que es un tema a valorar. Desayuno sencillo pero con buenos productos. Volvería.

Questo hotel è stata un'ottima scelta per visitare la Reggia di Caserta. Interessanti il vicinissimo Belvedere di San Leucio ed a pochi chilometri Casertavecchia e Santa Maria Capua a Vetere.
