“Three nights here added up nicely, slept well each night thanks to quality bedding provided on arrival plus air conditioning that kept things cool even on warmer nights outside.”

“Room felt spacious enough for our group. Loved having a private bathroom for everyone, plus the free WiFi was great for planning our next stop. Convenience made everything easier.”

“Quick check in process and nice hot shower. Perfect for a fast trip without frills.”

“Pet friendly made it so much easier since I brought my dog along! They even had places nearby for walks after arriving.”

“Two nights spent here were just what we needed! Beds were alright and it felt safe with CCTV around.”

“Very clean and very nice. Host was great with the communication of check in and check out process. Definitely recommend this as a place to stay”

“Clean room, amply supplied, nice and quiet, safe. Host responded quickly when we got lost due to GPS confusion. If I may make a constructive suggestion, please add knobs or pulls to the cabinet draws and cabinets. I have arthritic hands and had to use a plastic knife to open them. May not apply to everyone but it sure would help old people like me. Thank you for your excellent hosting.”

“Quiet atmosphere made it possible to rest easily after long days exploring Wichita Falls.”

“the place stunk bad of cigarettes and the place was dirty. what do you expect from this kind of place though. unfortunately it was my only option last minute because no hotels where available”

“Great place, great location for us. Friendly host!”

“I didn’t stay there due to it being so disgusting. There is no way of contacting anyone for a refund. I’m contacting state and federal authorities and reporting this.”

“Great place to stay ! Everything was well organized with Host and we enjoyed every second !”

“It's a very cute property. Unfortunately we had some problems during our stay. I couldn't locate a code to access the property - Amber responded quickly with a code to get us in. Not sure if I got it already and misplaced it but it was no big deal since she responded almost immediately. Once we gained entry we quickly became aware that the smoke alarm had an issue as the one in the bedroom with the bunk beds chirped every few minutes. There was also an unpleasant odor in the house, I messaged……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Wichita Falls. The property was very clean, well stocked, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet, and the host was easy to communicate with. Everything was as advertised, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would gladly book this property again in the future.”

“Just right when you want somewhere functional, clean sheets and basic amenities were all we needed really.”

“Simple place with essentials covered. Coffee in the morning made everything better!”

“This property is not being presented as it really is. Arrived at the property and observed several people loitering outside the rooms. The location itself was trashy and dirty. Could not access the night check in window because there was a woman with a large pit bull dog playing a video game and blocking access to the window. When the night manager showed up, he pretty much told me "too bad, so sad, we're completely booked, try to get your money back from Expedia". We booked this……

“Easy to find quite, clean just what we needed.”

“Exceeded my expectations in every way!”
