「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」

「Fantastic hotel. Everything was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, modern, and provided great linens. Amazing gym. Breakfast in the mornings did the trick and the unlimited coffee. Lots to offer for the area around the property. I have stayed at this hotel many times and will be returning many times more! 」

「We love going here. It's very reasonably priced and the staff are lovely. The pool is big and the hot tub and sauna both work. A lovely glass filled pool area makes for a pleasant stay. Thanks to Shelley and staff for taking good care of us. Until next time. Stella x」

「The staff was very friendly. I found mould in my room, the hallways reeked of marajuana, the carpet was dirty and peeling off the floor, the towels were dirty when we arrived and there was no continental breakfast as advertised (only bagels and toast and coffee)」

「Wir haben zwei Nächte im Bayview Wildwood Resort verbracht – mehr hätten wir nicht ausgehalten. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das Personal: Alle waren sehr freundlich, besonders beim Essen. Auch die Rezeption war bemüht und gab uns ein anderes Zimmer, nachdem das erste unzumutbar war. Unser erstes Zimmer war winzig und hatte den Charme eines Motels. Da der Zugang über eine Gemeinschaftsveranda erfolgt, kann jeder Passant direkt ins Bett schauen. Privatsphäre gibt es hier nur bei geschlossenen...
