「Stayed at this property for a ski weekend at the local resort. It was a great location (10 min drive both to the ski resort and the local town). We appreciated the opportunity to have a peaceful and beautiful place to stay that was away from the ski resort crowds. Our kids loved the games that the host had making s’mores in the firepit near the lake. The house is beautifully done. There was a maintenance concern (beeping fire alarm) during our stay but the host promptly addressed the issue....

「This property is absolutely perfect if you’re looking for peace and quiet and nature! We love to cook, so the kitchen and the grill provided us with everything we needed. We used the wood-burning stove for a cozy warm fire at night and we built a beautiful campfire outside as the snow fell! 「We very much enjoyed our stay. The location was close to Ski Brule and town. It was easy to find and came with lots of helpful extras, such a a high chair, pack n’ play and extra blanket. The kitchen was fully stocked, including a set of bottles and kids dishes. It was clean, the beds were cozy and the garage was a great perk as a big snowstorm hit while we were there. Would highly recommend this place to couples or families.」

「The perfect place to get back to nature and connect with each other!! Modern amenities in the north woods, cozy and quiet! Had the best time with my 2 young boys and hubby on our ski weekend! 「I highly recommend this beautiful home for your family get-away. The pictures do not do it justice. We stayed with our 5 young adults (age 16-22) and the layout of the house was perfect. 「We were very happy with our stay at the Nordic Haus. Check in and out was very easy. It’s nice to have a hot tub to soak in and gives the kids something to do at night because skiing closes by 4pm. The only thing was it says it’s 6 bedroom but it’s only 5 bedroom and then has two beds in the loft. The loft is basically part of the living room so we couldn’t have anyone sleep in those beds or they would be kept awake at night by the noise and then woke up early with any early risers making coffee...

「House was exactly what we needed. Lots of space for everyone. Kitchen had supplies needed to cook and bake. Great communication with management.we arrived in the evening , realized at bedtime there was no hot water called the property management company in the morning and they had it fixed quickly.Not a huge deal but inconvenient after traveling for 24hours. House was well stocked with linens and beds were comfortable. We travel to the area once a year and will return if available.」
