“Room Review (Springfield Stay)
Upon entering the room, there was a noticeable musty odor. I also sprayed Wizard air freshener upon entry to improve the smell. Fortunately, there is a Dollar Tree nearby, so I was able to pick up some basic essentials to make the stay more manageable.
At check-in, I noticed the front door light was not working, although the other lights in the room functioned properly. The in-room telephone also did not work, which made it impossible to contact the front desk……

“When we arrived the woman that took care of us didn’t speak very good English. I think she was annoyed that I didn’t understand her.
