"Beautiful location!"

"Absolutely disgusting. Nothing was cleaned prior to arrival. Including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living room. The previous guests old pans were left in the oven used and disgusting. The appliances had greasy fingerprints all over them. The toaster had crumbs all over it.The coffee pot was used and uncleaned. The refrigerator needed to be cleaned out as their was still stuff in it. The house is gross and needs a major overhaul. Even the pergola, outside by the water was destroyed. The stairs are missing. This place was nothing like the description. Nor the pictures. It was the most uncomfortable place i've ever stayed at in my entire life. We all looked at each other and said we would have been more comfortable and cleaner sleeping in hammocks outside on the island. I never leave poor reviews. But when you spend almost 3000 to stay 4 nights and it's filthy disgusting. And nothing is truly done about it. You don't have much of a choice but to leave a one star honest opinion. So others don't make the same mistake. Thank god for the beauty of the island and the fact that we were on a boat.Most of the time.Otherwise, I think we would have packed up and head it backs to the states. Great harbor K is a spectacular place, and I highly recommend others travel there but do your research! "

"House has a great layout for a larger group. One of the most well equipped kitchen that I've ever experienced in a rental house. Views from the front porch are amazing - you look right out over the water. A little south of town, but provided some much appreciated solitude and quiet. Host was both responsive and helpful in terms of providing recommendations for the area. One member of our party is already planning a return trip to this property. "
