Hotel in posizione eccezionale per chi deve fare una sosta vicino all'autostrada. La camera spaziosa e pulita. Il garage al piano interrato comodissimo e il ristorante interno di ottimo livello. Stra-consigliato.

Situato in zona industriale, a 50 metri da uscita/ingresso autostradale A30, in posizione ideale per raggiungere in 15 minuti Salerno e la Costiera Amalfitana, in 25/30 minuti Caserta, comoda anche per raggiungere Napoli. Nonostante la vicinanza all’autostrada, le camere sono ottimamente insonorizzate, per cui i rumori di fondo non si sentono. L’albergo, di aspetto pulito e gradevole, è dotato di servizi da 4*, tra cui garage, piscina esterna, stanze climatizzate. La camera matrimoniale è di misura piuttosto ridotta, così come il bagno, purtroppo cieco. Pulizia giornaliera della camera con cambio della biancheria da bagno ( telo grande, viso, ospite). Frigobar che raffrescava pochissimo. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Buono il servizio ristorante, scarsa la varietà e la qualità della colazione.

Mai piu'....

Siamo arrivati sabato sera e, dopo una giornata di viaggio, mia figlia piccola si e' fatta una doccia. Dopo di lei, l'altra mia figlia piu' grande (10 anni) ha avuto solo modo di insaponarsi senza potersi poi risciacquare: era finita l'acqua fredda. Dai rubinetti veniva fuori solo acqua bollente. Abbiamo interpellato i dipendenti della struttura alla reception ed all'inizio dicevano che dovevano chiamare un tecnico dall'esterno. Dopo 10 minuti (durante i quali mia figlia era ancora chiusa nella doccia) sono sceso di persona a sollecitare alla reception e, mi viene detto che era andata via l'acqua e che non sapevano cosa fare... Non la tiro per le lunghe, l'acqua e' poi tornata solo la mattina dopo e, la notte l'abbiamo trascorsa anche al caldo dato che ci e' stato detto che a causa della mancanza d'acqua non si poteva neanche accendere il sistema di condizionamento e senza manco poterci fare una doccia. La mattina dopo, alla reception abbiamo chiesto di parlare con il direttore ma ci e' stato prima riferito che sarebbe arrivato solo dopo le 8.30 e dopo nostri ulteriori solleciti ci e' stato detto che il direttore sarebbe venuto solo nei giorni successivi. Dati gli estremi disagi che abbiamo vissuto, abbiamo chiesto al personale alla reception di avere un rimborso ma ci e' stato negato anche perche' "non rientrava nei loro poteri". Con noi c'era anche una famiglia di amici che ha assistito esterefatta a tutto quanto accaduto...

un piacevole pit stop

L'albergo è sicuramente di livello più che accettabile, ma quello che lo rende particolarmente attraente è la sua posizione, proprio all'uscita del casello autostradale. Così risulta utile non solo a quanti avessero impegni nelle vicinanze, ma anche a chi fosse in viaggio da tempo e volesse riposare una notte, tanto più che sarebbe immediatamente raggiungibile anche a notte fonda. In genere si da per scontato che il personale debba essere disponibile e funzionale, ma quando poi si possono avere dei riscontri concreti, come mi è capitato in questo albergo, la cosa fa ancora più piacere
