LAST MINUTE !! Weeks from 7 to 14 and from 14 to 21 September 2019 (the last two that were released on August 25th for booking cancellation) Offer 490 euros all included up to eight people !!
The property consists of three bedrooms, one of which is characteristic of the trullo, a second double bedroom and a bedroom with three beds; a kitchen / living room with a corner sofa and fireplace; two bathrooms with shower. In the double room, on request, you can add the cot that is available. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking.
Natural gas heating.
Outside there is a large pergola for your moments of relaxation or your outdoor dining, a private swimming pool, a barbecue and a garden with ancient olive trees. Ample parking for cars. It is completely fenced with independent entrance and gate with intercom.

Die Landschaft drumherum ist wunderbar, die Lage sehr schön. Ruhig, nicht weit vom Ort. Optisch sehr schön. Im Haus sind alle wirklich notwendigen Kücheneinrichtungen (aber schon recht schlicht) vorhanden. Das Sofa (Platz für 3 Personen) hat deutlich bessere Zeiten gesehen. Der Pool ist nicht geheizt. Wir haben ihn daher (es war Oktober) nicht benutzt. Der Hausbetreuer ist sehr bemüht und sehr hilfreich, dabei voll diskret. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: eigentlich zu teuer.

Wonderful property and very hospitable host

The rural property is great for relaxing at the pool and as a base for visiting the surroundings. The roofed patio served us as a perfect place for meals, playing board games or just reading. It was quiet, there were only normal neighbourhood sounds, but no noises that would disturb us. The property is a few minutes ride from Castellana Grotte. You must have a car. The kitchen is very well equipped and comfortable for cooking and spending time together. The double rooms were quite comfortable but it must be said that the triple room has only a triple BUNK bed not 3 single beds. Fortunately, Gianni, the host, was able to provide a folding bed which after placing in the room left just enough space for getting in and out. So the room is rather for 2 (3) children. Gianni is a real gem and a good spirit of the place - he will help with everything, advise you on where to go and organise whatever you need. We really enjoyed our stay there! Thank you!

Rustig zomerhuis

Lekker rustig zomerhuis. Jammer dat het ‘s avonds nog wat fris was en we dus vaker naar binnen moesten dan ons lief was. Binnen was het wat krap zitten voor 5 personen en lang zitten op de bank en stoelen was niet aangenaam. De buitenmeubels zaten lekkerder. Wifi was slecht. Na 3 dagen heeft men, zonder dat wij er om vroegen een ander systeem geinstalleerd. Was daarna iets beter maar niet geschikt om te videostreamen. Huisje was verder goed voorzien van apparatuur, wel een beetje gedateerd voor onze normen maar het werkt wel. Een paar nieuwe pannen kan ook geen kwaad. Alleen er is geen vaatwasser (dat wisten we vooraf al). Dat is echt een minpuntje. Zwembad met terras is heerlijk en kids hebben er zelfs bij niet heet weer in mei al gebruik van gemaakt. Men sprak alleen italiaans en rest moest met handen en voeten en google translate. Geen leuke tips verder gekregen maar zefl veel dingen bekeken in de omgeving. Er is genoeg te zien maar is altijd wel minimaal een half uurtje rijden.

Maison familiale au calme

Cette maison est parfaite pour une famille nombreuse. Nous étions deux couples avec 3 enfants. C'était top. La maison est entouré d'oliviers. Nous étions au calme. L'espace extérieur est magnifique. Nous avons fait tout nos repas à l'extérieur sous le préau. Nous avons profitez pleinement du barbecue et de la piscine. Possibilité de jouer à la pétanque car grand espace pour garer les voitures. Nous avons eu aucunes mauvaises surprises. Tout correspond bien à l'annonce. Nous étions à proximité de tout pour les visites et restaurants. Il est obligatoire de prendre sa voiture à chaque fois mais ce n'était pas un problème. Sergio nous a bien conseillé sur les endroits à visiter et sur les restaurants. Merci pour cette belle semaine. Je conseille vivement cette location

Trullo mit Charme

Uns hat das Gesamtensemble, das sehr gepflegt ist, gut gefallen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Hauskeeper Gianni war stets erreichbar und hat uns bei den anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten (z.B. Aircondition, WLAN) immer erfolgreich unterstützt. Das Haus ist für sommerliche Temperaturen sehr gut geeignet, bei kühlerer Witterung, wenn man sich nicht draußen aufhalten kann, ist es für 5 Erwachsene in der Wohnküche schon etwas eng. Als Ausgangspunkt für die Sehenswürdigkeiten ist die Lage des Hauses perfekt geeignet. V.a. die Grotte ist ein „Muss“. Wenn wir wieder in die Ecke fahren, würden wir das Haus wieder wählen.

Un séjour très agréable à Castellana Grotte

Les vacances passées dans la maison de Sergio furent très agréables et reposantes. La villa est très confortable, bien entretenue et très bien située pour découvrir de nombreux villages et villes des Pouilles et du Nord du Basilicate. La piscine a fait le bonheur des petits et des grands.

Nice days in Puglia...

We had some nice days in Puglia even though the wheater could have been a lot better. The house leaves no wish open, even on a rainy Sunday. The bedroom in the Trulli is just amazing. The house is perferctly located for all possible events in Puglia (visited the Grotte, the beach in Capitolo, the nice cities of Monopoli and our favourite place in Polignano a mare). The kids enjoyed the Safari Park in Fasano.

Vacanza a Castellana Grotte.

A luglio abbiamo trascorso una settimana di vacanza in questa proprietà a Castellana Grotte (cinque persone, di cui tre adolescenti dai 13 ai 17 anni). La casa è pulita e gli spazi perfettamente adatti per 5/6 adulti; l'esterno (che per noi è fondamentale) è ampio e ben curato; bella la piscina (sempre apprezzata, in quanto ci consente di alternare mare e relax). La proprietà non si trova vicinissimo al mare, ma di sicuro è situata in una posizione strategica per visitare tante bellissime località come Locorotondo, Monopoli, Polignano a Mare (in un'ora di macchina siamo arrivati a Matera). Il proprietario Sergio è stato molto gentile e preciso e ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni utili per il nostro soggiorno. Il custode, Gianni, è una persona squisitamente disponibile, efficiente e discreta. Il nostro giudizio quindi è senz'altro positivo. Sonia

The comfort and accomedies were almoust more than expexted / described in FeWo It is a really nice houese and area. Especially the support of Gianni was excellent, he showed up every day, very friendly, took care of the pool and other things, and helped immedialtely when there was a problem. Relaxing time in a cozy realm

The house is very quiet and you can enjoy the time on the large property to the full. Inside, everything is beautifully spacious and the country-style furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The outdoor area is very well maintained and invites you to move all activities outdoors. The geographical location is absolutely perfect and can reach many sights in less than an hour. A good selection of various restaurants can also be reached in just 10 minutes by car. The sleepy region invites you to go hiking and cycling, especially in the off-season you are almost alone. The remote country roads are also ideal for motorcycling, where you can discover the beauties of the landscape even better. The communication with the owner and the caretaker was always great and we received great recommendations. The only drawback is the energy-saving lamps in the house, the bright light is unfortunately not very cozy. But you can regulate that with a few candles. ;-) Thank you for a time away from the trouble. Greetings from Germany.
