We were just there for one day. The rooms are big and spacious, beds are nice and comfy with a full kitchen - great for longer stays - close to the highway. The only reason 3 star on property condition was because our ac was leaking in the night but no other issues and it did not disrupt our sleep. The restaurant was very highly rated and packed.

location was near a grocery/supermarket which was good. Some of the staff was not able to speak French or English. Our biggest issue was more that we could hear street noise and people talking even with our window close.

Contstant noise from an engine (ac or similar) makes sleep impossibile. Hot water needs to recharge and you have to wait 30 minutes after using hot water. Only pros is the girl at reception who is very kind.

Noisy at night

Very thin walls allowing you to hear everything the neighbours are saying and doing. Quite noisy during the nighttime with lights going on and off constantly shining through the paper thin curtains. Some dirty smelly dishes in the cabinets.

Très bon séjour de 4 jours. Appartement idéalement situé et très fonctionnel. Petits bémols : Il manque une table basse et un ensemble table chaises sur le balcon mais sinon tout est neuf et très propre.

Hôtel inadapté pour des vacances et en famille

Hôtel qui ne correspond pas aux photos du site, manque le lave linge, sale et bruyant. Absence de balcon et de balustrade donc inadapté à des vacances notamment pour les serviettes de plage. Odeurs nauséabondes quotidiennes et personnel non francophone. Assez éloigné de la plage et dans une zone industrielle.

Canapé lit non confortable. Pas trop propre. Pendant 10 jours de séjours ils n'ont pas changé les draps et une seule fois ils ont changé les serviettes. Pas de de lave linge, pas de produits de ménage, pas de machine à café , pas de batterie de cuisine juste un poele .Trop cher par rapport qualite prix. C est dans une zone industrielle, loin de la plage mais bien entouré par les supermarchés.

Une caution de en espece non prévue par expedia nous a été demander à notre arrivée Le frigo n'est pas plus gros qu'une glacière Vaisselle seulement pour 4 personnes Poelle complement voilée sur plaque vitrocéramique 35 minutes pour faire cuire des pâtes Impossible de mettre la casserole pour les pates et la poelle en même temps sur les deux plaques car elles sont trop petites Appartement assez propre mais beaucoup de bruit insupportable de la cuisine du restaurant du dessous toute la journée la sièste impossible et le soir un carnage Emplacement très loin du centre ville Supermarcher à proximité mais il faut prendre la voiture pour tout Parking non intégré à l'hotel il faut se garer sur le parking du aldi à côté Pour le prix c'est vraiement plus que très léger Il faut avoir besoin de ne passer qu'une seule nuit dans cet "hotel" pour dépanner mais pas pour des vacances complètes sauf si vous aimez le bruit et être obligé de manger au restaurant tout le temps tellement il est compliqué de faire à manger avec le matériel à disposition Risque electrique sous les plaques de cuisson dans le placard les branchements sont apparents et non sécurisé

L'intérieur de l'appartement est impeccable, propre et spacieux., la literie confortable. L'immeuble est tout proche des voies routières, d'un commissariat et d'un supermarché à quelques pas. Les escaliers accedant aux appartements sont exterieurs et metalliques. Il vaut mieux prendre la voiture pour aller à la plage.

Bon rapport qualité prix

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Le logement se trouve à l'entrée de Empuriabrava. Assez éloigné du centre et de la plage. Si vous avez une voiture ce logement est très bien pour son prix. Propre moderne et bien équipé. Un magasin Aldi se trouve juste en face.

Séjour mitigé

Nous avons séjourné une nuit sur la route des vacances. Nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude le soir de notre arrivé mais nous en avons eu le lendemain matin (ballon d’eau chaude) Le gros problème est l’isolation phonique Vous avez l’impression que vos voisin sont chez vous. Jeune couple amoureux d’un côté et amateur de foot de l’autre J ai du taper à la porte du voisin à 1h00 du matin pour pouvoir dormir. Sinon accueil agréable et logement propre

Lieu en bord de route très passante, très très bruyant! Absolument pas isolé donc très bruyant. Il y avait beaucoup de vent, nous avions l’impression que le toit allait s’arracher! Très froid et pas de couette de disponible. Obligé d’en demandé et sur une couette des taches de sang et sur l’autre une sauterelle écrasé. Tâches au sol un peu partout, ainsi sur les draps et taies d’oreiller… Bien à savoir, pas de petit déjeuner possible! Et la caution de 100€ est à réglé en espèces ou en carte bleue et retiré obligatoirement! Rendue si logement ok. Très déçu! Un café offert par le propriétaire pour « dédommagement… »Je ne conseille absolument pas! Impossible de dormir! Seul point positif, le personnel est très gentil!

Du bruit à tous les étages

2 nuits passées dans cet établissement. Pour la tranquillité passez votre chemin. 1er soir jusqu’à 1 heure du matin nous avons eu droit à un concert de fausses divas hurlant à tue tête des vocalises capables de réveiller un mort! La deuxième nuit a été plus riche en bruit. Les cloisons étant peu épaisses , nous avons eu droit en live à la chevauchée fantastique de nos voisins. Madame semblait satisfaite. Fin des débats une heure. Ensuite réveil en fanfare à 6h d’un groupe de voisins refaisant le débriefing de leur soirée arrosée. Bref, je recommande cet établissement pour les sourds uniquement.

Todo correcto

Todo muy bien y todo correcto, apartamento impecable, limpio y nuevo. Restaurante debajo muy bueno, atención impecable y comida buenísima ! La única pega, es que delante de la habitación había un restaurante Cubano y la música era elevada hasta las 00:00, para ir con niños es un poco complicado para dormir. El resto genial
