“房間整潔舒適, 可惜當日入住時酒店不提供冷暖氣, 此酒店有一大事項我覺得有須要改善, 就是接待處的職員常常都不見人, 而且wifi非常不濟, 房間是收不到的, 一定要到reception才可收到...但酒店附近的環境非常好, 十分適合我這個城市人, 因為我都是第一次行入葡萄園走走....但如果要去此酒店一定要自駕遊, 因為都幾偏僻 ; 餐飲就冇乜選擇, 晚餐只有A餐和B餐, 但幾好食...整體對此酒店都幾滿意”

“I can’t even find the words. Our stay at Palagina was so wonderful. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. My husband and I along with our 2 children ages 7/5 loved our apartment stay. The rooms were spacious and cozy. Beautiful views of the vineyard and Tuscan hills. The food at both venues were delicious , fresh and presentation was on point! “The hotel is located in a vineyard with astonishing view. Food is great. My friend and I sit outside and were able to enjoy the food with fantastic view in the sunset. You will be able to see San Gimignano from here. However, the staff in the reception are not very friendly. The shower is so weak that I can barely enjoy my shower.”

“The rooms are just so beautiful & large. Nicely decorated, big bathroom & shower. Lots of light, with a front courtyard. Rooms cleaned everyday & great espresso machine in room. Office staff so helpful & polite!! Restaurant looks out over the countryside & delicious free breakfast. We also enjoyed dinner there twice with a very professional & friendly staff. “It's hard to imagine you can call staying at a property with the nightly rates that are being charged here as good value, but amazingly it is. “酒店位置是典型的托斯卡纳风光的核心地带，开车一小时左右可以到达很多托斯卡纳典型风光的山谷或小镇。缺点是离超市比较远购买生活用品不方便，周边餐饮也没有太多选择。双卧室的公寓房还不错带完整厨房，缺点是只有一个浴室和厕所。Wifi信号也不是很好。网站上说的私人泳池其实是和整栋楼的其它四个公寓共用的，这点预订前请注意。”

“素晴らしい景色・清潔な客室・美味しい料理で素晴らしい宿泊体験でした。次回訪れる機会があればまた宿泊したいと思います。残念な点を挙げるとすれば、料理の提供が遅い点です。限られたスタッフでの対応の為仕方ない部分も有ると思いますが、他のゲストにデザートが提供されているタイミングでステーキが提供された事は驚きでした。”
