The hotel was lovely, location is convenient to get to the town centre, with a shuttle service from the hotel to the town available throughout the day. We went during off season so a lot of the on-site dining options weren’t available but they did still have one restaurant open. The spa facilities were great, very reasonably priced and the free parking was greatly appreciated as we did hire a car. Only criticism would be that the rooms are very modern but the bathrooms are not, with no ventilation fans or windows in the bathroom.

Good hotel but not value for money

A good hotel with spacious rooms but the actual condition of the hotel is below what is shown in the photo. Not good value for money. The car park is big with space for many cars. However, the hotel should invest in ev charging points as many people now drive EV. I had to drive 5 miles to get my car charged.

Maintenance being carried out so tired parts few and far between the only issue was that no distinction was made for rooms that didn’t accommodate pets which wasn’t as much of an issue as it could have been because it was kept very clean

Food was good, but not spectacular. Many staff members at breakfast, but nobody dedicated to cook omelettes. In our 2-weeks stay the second lift was available after a repair only on the last day... The safe in the room did not work, we could close it, but never open it with our code. Very young staff at reception - I got the impression, that they constantly teach new staff members there; from time to time this is okay, but it was a kind of permanent impression. Nice and friedly animator crew, their program did fit perfectly for our children. Not for us, but that is okay. ;-) The highway is quite near, therefore on our balcony it was quite loud.

Efterårsferie i Oktober. Der var flere små ting som kunne være bedre. Men vi havde alligevel en formidabel ferie. Jeg kan se at hotellet er et man 'opdager' og så bliver ved med at komme tilbage til. Der ligger en Aldi i gåafstand, hvilket er dejligt. Virkelig god 'value for money'.

Skøn ferie for hele familien

Det er 3.gang vi besøger Parc. Første gang boede vi i én af lejlighederne (resident Eden)og de sidste 2 gange har vi boet på hotellet. Hvilken indkvartering man vælger, er op til ens egen lyst. Vil du gerne have et køkken, så du selv kan lave noget mad, så vælger du lejligheden. Søger du total-ferie, så vælger du hotellet. Selve hotellet og området omkring, er handicapvenligt, på en behagelig afdæmpet måde. Vi er rigtig glade for at komme på Parc, da der er noget at lave for hele familien. Vi føler os meget velkomne, set og hørt ved eventuelle problemer og synes der er en rigtig dejlig stemning. Der er animationteam, som sætter gang i aktiviteter for alle aldre og har man lyst til at komme lidt væk fra området, så kan man tage en hyggetur til Peschiera Del Garda, med hotellets shuttlebusser. Bussen er gratis og kører på faste tidspunkter i løbet af dagen/aftenen. Eneste lille minus i år, var maden i Pizza Pasta ( en lille restaurant på området). Deres pizza’er og pastaretter smagte stadig super, men deres burgere var desværre ikke pengene værd..!
