“The facility had everything you would need for an extended stay including washing machine, toaster, pans and silverware, hot water kettle, microwave, oven, etc. There were plenty of rooms on a couple floors. The hardest part was getting checked in and finding the building while speaking English and being from out of country. If you speak Italian and have phone service in Italy, you should be fine. Otherwise, plan a little extra time to get checked in. You park outside the little medieval……

“Posizione comoda, appartamento pulito e con tutti i comfort, non mancava nulla, dal sapone per i piatti al ghiaccio in freezer per le gite... forse un po'piccolo per quattro persone, fortunatamente non è piovuto e abbiamo potuto usufruire del terrazzo per mangiare all'aperto senza dover ogni volta chiudere il divano letto. Alla fine comunque si può facilmente aprire e chiudere al bisogno.”

“Sehr freundlicher, hilfbereiter Gastgeber, der einen gut einweist und auf alle Fragen sehr nett antwortet. Die Ausstattung des Hauses läßt keine Wünsche offen und die Betten sind wirklich gut. Aussergewöhnliche gute Lage. Da es mehr als eine Terasse gibt, kann man die Natur, die Stille und die wunderbare Aussicht genießen. Die Auffahrt zum Haus führt über eine enge, teils steile Straße. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden uns bei diesem überaus freundlichen Vermieter jederzeit wieder……

“We were visiting relatives in nearby Sanpolomatese and this was a fantastic option. The host was lovely and the place had everything we needed and more. Plus it was in a great location. Near restaurants, grocery store, museums and more. (Walking distance). If you have a car parking is a bit of an issue but the host helped out a lot and couldn’t have been any nicer. Overall great experience.”

“Alex and Davide were a pleasure to deal with! This is a great modern apartment with two bedrooms and one bath. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. It was very clean and very comfortable as you can tell that the owners take pride in this property. The owners provided daily breakfast passes to a lovely coffee shop called Pan and Cake. Our only concern was that it was very hot while we were there and the apartment does not have air conditioning or ceiling fans. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms……
