Fantastic apartment and view!

Beautiful apartment with a stunning view over the town and sunsets. There is everything you need from deckchairs to a coffee machine. And it’s just a short walk to shops and restaurants.

Stayed here in July 2025. Great location for Castlesardo, only a 5 minute walk into town where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. The apartment is very spacious, not suitable for disabled people as there are a few flights of external steps to get to the property. Parking is directly below the apartment and allocated to you. There is everything you need for your stay, large kitchen/dining area with microwave, hob and fridge freezer. However there is no oven. The bedroom is spacious with plenty of wardrobe space, and bathroom with shower and washing machine. All with very high ceilings giving a spacious feel. TV in lounge/dining and bedroom (not that we used it) and good WiFi.All rooms have good air conditioning which is a must. There is a small supermarket 5 mins walk away who were very friendly (Market JaJo) or Conad a larger supermarket a 10 min (steep) walk. Communication was excellent from the owner and the local contact, with a comprehensive set of instructions and photos of how to get to and in to the property. The view from the balcony and all rooms is breathtaking, and its one i will miss every morning when you wake up. Castlesardo is a fantastic place, very steep to get to the old town, but there is a Tuktuk service you can use which is great fun. A car is a must if you want to go to neighboring towns/villages. Overall, its an excellent apartment with great hosts. Would thoroughly recommend.

Aufwachen mit Blick aufs Meer, Meeresrauschen und Ausblick auf Castelsardo

Wir hatten 10 tolle und erholsame Tage in Maurizios Appartement, in dem wir uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Highlights für uns waren, jeden Morgen mit Blick auf das Meer und dem Meeresrauschen aufzuwachen, sowie die atemberaubende Aussicht von der sehr großen Terrasse auf das Meer und Castelsardo. Das Appartement ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet, genauso wie die Bilder es auch vermitteln. Es war sehr sauber, mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, sogar mehr als in der Beschreibung angegeben (wie z.B. ein Föhn) und das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Lage ist ideal – ruhig, aber nur wenige Gehminuten von der Altstadt Castelsardos entfernt. Außerdem kann man fußläufig alles für den täglichen Bedarf bekommen. Die Kommunikation mit Maurizio war überaus freundlich, er war jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Der Check-in lief absolut problemlos, obwohl wir wegen einer Flugverspätung erst um 2 Uhr nachts am Appartement waren. Wir werden gerne noch mal wiederkommen und können die Wohnung nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Castelsardo stay

We had wonderful stay at Maurizio’s apartment. The flat is well equipped and has all the comfort you need. It was very clean and we especially enjoyed big terrace with amazing sea view. We will be back.

Dit is geen appartement voor 4 personen!

Het appartement heeft een geweldig zicht, maar hiermee is dan ook alles gezegd. Op het sofabed kunnen geen 2 personen op. Hiervoor moesten we een extra intex luchtmatras opblazen en ook in de kleine living leggen. Ook was het enorm moeilijk communiceren met degene die ons de sleutel moest bezorgen. Zij sprak enkel en alleen Italiaans. Aangezien we bij aankomst dus maar 3 bedden hadden en de airco niet werkte, moesten we hiervoor de eigenaar dan ook contacteren. Gelukkig sprak zijn vrouw perfect Engels. Het appartement stond vol met persoonlijke items (van de eigenaar?), waardoor we zelf moeilijk onze eigen spullen ergens konden bergen. Ook waren er veel zaken redelijk gedateerd: kapotte parasol, buitenmeubels half stuk of doorzeten, ... Het zou zo een mooie en fijne plaats kunnen zijn.

Wunderschöner Blick - liebevolle Ausstattung

Überall Meer – was soll man da noch sagen ? Das einzige Manko war der Check-in, der durch die ausschließlich italienisch sprechende Francesca nicht so gut geklappt hat. Wir sind in Englisch sehr firm, aber Italienisch hat nicht so geklappt. Ansonsten war alles super!!

Wonderful location & excellent host

The apartment is so beautifully located and furnished that my wife loved it from day one and she didn't want to go home. The information on arrival and departure, as well as the availability, responsiveness and flexibility of Maurizio were very helpful and for that we thank him very much. The old town of Castelsardo is very nicely situated and there are many nice and good restaurants in the small streets or terraces if you make the effort to climb up, which is highly recommended but also exhausting. A car is recommended so that you can visit the nearby beach of Valledoria or other beaches, as well as the many attractions such as Capo Testa, Bear Rock, etc. in the north of Sardinia. We will keep this vacation in Sardinia in the best memory.

Séjour d'1 semaine

Le logement est idéalement située avec une vue magnifique. Les commerces sont proches. Très bon point de départ pour visiter la région. A noter quelques améliorations qui permettraient de profiter au mieux du séjour : plus d'équipement dans la cuisine, l'ajout de coussins sur les banquettes extérieurs et des rangements dans la salle de bain. Logement à conseiller !

Des vacances très agréables à Castelsardo

Tout d'abord, merci à Maurizio pour sa disponibilité et sa réactivité avant et pendant la réservation. Il saura vous donner les meilleurs conseils. L'appartement est très bien placé pour vister le Nord de l'île, très fonctionnel, joliment décoré et avec une vue remarquable sur Castelsardo et la mer !!! Que ce soit de jour, au coucher du soleil ou encore la nuit. A 5 minutes à pied du centre ville ou du supermarché et avec une place de parking réservée. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement. Bonne continuation Maurizio et au plaisir !

Traumhafte Aussicht, absolut wie bei der Beschreibung. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Traumhafte Strände sind in ca35 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.Die Kommunikation mit Maurizio war auch sehr gut.

Super séjour à Castelsardo

L’appartement est très propre et fonctionnel. La décoration est soignée et le quartier est calme. Une plage de rochers est accessible à pied avec quelques locaux qui s’y baignent et la possibilité de plonger et sauter dans l’eau (moments de vie très sympa). La vue du grand balcon est magnifique (on ne s’en lasse pas). Castelsardo est facilement accessible à pied en une dizaine de minutes. Maurizio est très réactif et disponible. Seul petit bémol le canapé lit est petit pour 2( pour nos filles de 11 et 8 ans c’était suffisant). En bref je recommande Maurizio et son appartement!

Schöner Urlaub im Norden Sardieniens

Die Ferienwohnung liegt erhöht und ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg von der Innenstadt von Castelsardo entfernt. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgesattet mit einem tollem Blick vom Wohnzimmer und Schlaftzimmer ( mit direktem Zugang zum Balkon ). Vom Balkon aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Burg, Altstadt und auf das Meer. Die Bilder des Anbieters entsprechen der Wirklichkeit ( keine Fakebilder) Der Kontakt mit Vermieter Maurizio war super und immer per Mail zu erreichen. Danke auch nochmals für das leckere Gastgeschenk! Wir waren rundherum super zufrieden Salute!!! Ulli&Klaus

VACANZA PIACEVOLISSIMA!

Siamo molto soddisfatti del soggiorno trascorso nella casa di Maurizio, la posizione è strategica, si raggiungono il centro storico e il mare in pochi minuti a piedi. L'appartamento è comodo per tre persone, ben arredato e con una vista meravigliosa sul mare, e che mare! La sera, cenando sul terrazzo puoi godere del tramonto con lo sfondo del castello di Castelsardo. Che bello! La cucina è basica ma c'è comunque il necessario per preparare i pasti. Sotto casa è sempre possibile parcheggiare. Maurizio è una persona disponibile e pronto a rispondere a tutte le necessità e richieste di informazioni. Il giudizio sulla nostra esperienza di soggiorno è pienamente positivo.
