「The room was in unacceptable condition: the bed was covered in dust, and the window facing the garden lacked screens, allowing flies and mosquitoes to flood inside when opened—which was necessary due to the hot weather. Furthermore, the TV was completely unavailable to watch the ongoing FIFA World Cup matches. Although the staff acknowledged and reportedly flagged the issue, no successful repair was made during our entire stay. This was a highly unpleasant experience. I am left wondering how...

「There was only one woman doing everything, reception, breakfast, drinks etc. She was only there for a few hours in the morning and then between 4-8pm. She was severely overworked but she was lovely but you need more than one member of staff. When she wasn’t there you were totally on your own. Nowhere to have food or drink and the local village was grim and lacking in decent restaurants. The mosquitos were awful, I was eaten alive! Although the room looked clean there was a terrible smell in my...
