  • The welcoming apartment in the villa "Masone Murgioni," located between Castiadas and Costa Rei, offers you a peaceful and relaxing holiday in the scenic landscape of southeastern Sardinia, just a short drive from beautiful beaches. The 66 m² apartment features a living room (with 2 single sofa beds and a single bed), a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds), a bathroom, and an additional toilet, accommodating up to 6 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, washing machine, air conditioning, fans, and television. Upon request, a cot, a child's bed, and a high chair are available. Start your day with coffee on the private covered terrace with lounge furniture. The shared outdoor area with mountain views offers a garden, patios, a barbecue for delicious homemade dinners, and a pool area with sun loungers for refreshing swims and hours of sunshine. Within a 5-minute drive, you will find supermarkets, a farmers' market, a pharmacy, and several restaurants. The sandy beaches with crystal-clear waters of Costa Rei are only 10 minutes away by car. More scenic beaches are located along the coast of the Villasimius peninsula and at Cala Caterina, about 25 minutes south by car. The hilly landscape is ideal for hiking or cycling, while the vibrant city of Cagliari is about 55 minutes west by car, and the international airport can be reached in about 60 minutes.



    Parking is available on the property. Pets are not allowed. Please note that this apartment is part of a villa divided into three apartments with a shared garden and pool.

Entspanntes schönes Haus abseits der Touristenströme

Pros: Schönes Haus mit viel Freiraum, Pool und grünem großen Rasen. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Küche recht gut ausgestattet. Cons: Obwohl sehr ruhig gelegen etwas Baulärm vom Hausumbau gegenüber.

Tolles Haus mit grossem Garten und Pool

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem ist man schnell an den schönsten Stränden (ca 15 Autofahrminuten) und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Andrea ist ein super netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Er war jeweils am Wochenende mit seiner Familie vor Ort, was aber überhaupt nicht gestört hat. Der Garten ist riesig und der Pool ist sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Cons: Das Einzige, was zu bemängeln ist, dass es im „Kinderzimmer“ keine Klimaanlage hat. Dadurch war es in diesem Raum immer sehr warm, obwohl es im Wohnzimmer durch die Klimaanlage angenehm kühl war.
