Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay in Erinos cosy house. We felt comfortable and "at home" from the first moment. The house has a beautiful terrace and it is only a 5 minute walk far from a beautiful beach! Erino is very generous and answers fast if you have any questions. We hope, that we can come back soon!

Great vacation

Very friendly welcome, nice and good equipped property. The apartment is 5min walk from the beach. For 5 is good, one sleeps on the sofa bed in the living room, but it was okay. In the kitchen we had everything we needed. Air conditioning was useful. The host was nice and had good tips where to go.

Kleines Häuschen in einer Siedlung

Erino ist ein toller Gastgeber! War immer per WhatsApp erreichbar und wohnt unten im Haus. Wir haben aber nicht viel von ihm mitbekommen und es war keinesfalls störend. Was gestört hatte, war die abendlichen Beschallung der Kinderdisco vom Lemon Beach gegenüber und danach die andere Musik, bis spät in die Nacht hinein. Im Schlafzimmer hatten wir davon dann allerdings nichts mehr gehört. Der Hausstand ist ca 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto, wenn man etwas erleben möchte. Abends ist dort leider gar nichts, wo man mal bummeln könnte. Höchstens spazieren durch die Pampa. Wir empfehlen auch den Eurospin in Villasimius. Ca 8 Kilometer. Da gibt es alles. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist nicht die neueste. Auch ich finde, dass zumindest die Pfannen getauscht werden sollten.

Tolle Unterkunft und netter Gastgeber!

Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Kindern 6 und 7 Jahrw und hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Erino! Alles super!

Entspannter Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Abwicklung war unkompliziert. Zugang zum Meer ist sehr kurz. Für uns war die Beschallung aus dem benachbarten Resort nicht störend. In der Gegend sind zusätzlichen zum tollen Hausstrand Cala Sinzias noch weitere wunderschöne Strände und tolle Strandbars. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Belle situation

Mooi huis op heerlijke plek

Het is een mooi huis op een heerlijke plek. In het huis is alles aanwezig. Het is niet super groot en luxe maar voor een gezin met twee kleine kinderen was het prima. Buiten is voldoende plek en kun je zowel in de schaduw zitten als van de avondzon genieten. De wasmachine is met kleine kinderen en voor een langer verblijf (wij waren er 2 weken) ideaal. Ook is er een bbq aanwezig. Wij zijn in de meivakantie 2023 geweest en het resort, waar meerdere huizen staan in dezelfde stijl, was ontzettend rustig. In het weekend was het iets drukker met vermoedelijk vaste bewoners. Je hebt totaal geen last van elkaar en je hebt veel privacy. Het huis is op loopafstand van het strand. Hier loop je via een mooie bloemenweide naar toe. Bij het strand heb je een ontzettende leuke strandtent (Is Fradis) waar je heerlijk kunt lunchen met een prachtig uitzicht. Wij hebben vele strandjes bezocht maar vonden het cala sinzias strand één van de mooiste. Kortom wij hebben enorm genoten van het huis, de omgeving, van de heerlijke restaurantjes in de nabije omgeving en van het eiland Sardinië. Een aanrader dus!

Entschleunigender Familienurlaub in traumhafter Umgebung

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön und Erino ist als Gastgeber sehr bemüht. Wir waren vermutlich an Ostern die ersten Gäste des Jahres. Da es doch recht kalt im Haus war, hat Erino uns noch 2 neue Heizlüfter gekauft. Super 👍. Im Haus hat es das meiste an Ausstattung gegeben. Die Töpfe könnten mal erneuert werden. Das Highlight ist die vordere Terrasse mit sehr großem Tisch und toller Aussicht. Wir haben es sehr genossen draußen zu Frühstücken. Die Kinder haben den Garten genossen und der Osterhase konnte dort auch gut verstecken. In dieser Jahreszeit ist es super ruhig und die Strände gehören einem fast allein. Herrlich. Die Pflanzen und Blumen, die zu dieser Zeit überall blühen sind toll. Der nächste größere Supermarkt ist in Villasimius. Den EuroSpin können wir empfehlen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder, dann wahrscheinlich im Herbst, wenn das Wasser wärmer ist. Danke Erino nochmal für deine Gastfreundlichkeit.

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir (4 Erwachsene) haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem nah dem Meer liegenden Objekt sehr genossen. Herrliche Terrasse mit Blick in die Berge. Randlage. Gut ausgestattetes Objekt mit einem sehr freundlichen Vermieter. Wir danken für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso l' abitazione di Cala Sinzias del Sig. ERINO POLI e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Casa pulita in ottima posizione vicino al mare, Erino molto gentile e disponibile sempre. Il resto è un mare da favola

Wohlfühloase

Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal. Man hat eine tolle Lage über den Rest der Siedlung mit Blick auf die Hügel. Im besonderen haben wir die schöne überdachte Terrasse genossen. Der Weg zum schönen Strand und tollen Beachbars ist ein kurzer 5 -10 Minuten Spaziergang. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet für eine Familie mit 2 kleinen oder einem großen Kind. Erino ist super freundlich immer erreichbar und versorgt einen mit guten Tipps. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen

Alles wunderbar!!!

Vorneweg: wir haben Erino nicht persönlich getroffen. Dennoch hat alles tadellos funktioniert. Erino hat uns per WhatsApp mit Tipps zu Stränden und Restaurants versorgt und stand auch sonst bei Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Das Appartement ist ein Traum. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit traumhafter Terasse mit Blick in die Umgebung. Im Mai waren wir in der Feriensiedlung quasi alleine… also sehr ruhig, fast schon zu ruhig, wenn man sonst nur ein paar Gärtner trifft. Wenn die Saison losgeht, sieht es vermutlich anders aus. Die Strände in der Ungebung sind der Hit und in Villasimius (ca. 12min) gibt es alles, was man braucht. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Viele Grüße an Erino👍🏼

It was just great, nice house and landscape, beautiful beach, and Erino is a very friendly and nice person, the water is quite fresh, but we spent nevertheless a lot of time at the beach, or went on a tour with the bikes

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Ausblick.

Das Haus hat eine super ruhige Lage in der Nähe eines besonders schönen Strandes. Es hat uns im Haus nichts gefehlt und der Vermieter ist zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Urlaub an der Cala Sinzias

Die Anlage ist sehr schön. Mitte Oktober war wenig los und es war sehr ruhig. Ein Auto ist zwingend erforderlich, da fußläufig - abgesehen vom Strand - fast nichts erreichbar ist. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Die Terrasse hat einen tollen Blick über die Anlage und zu den Bergen. Die Kommunikation mit Erino war sehr gut, auch wenn er nicht vor Ort war. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in TOP Lage und sehr guter Ausstattung!

Wir waren in der 1. Woche im Oktober in diesem tollen Haus untergebracht! Wer eine sehr ruhige Umgebung und tolle Strände direkt vor der Haustür sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Das Haus verfügt über eine sehr gute Ausstattung und ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt! Von der Terrasse aus, hat man eine wunderschöne Aussicht über das Dorf. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Alles im ganzen ein wunderschöner Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
