Gorgeous accomodation with relaxing pool area in the hills of the italian Riviera

We had a lovely stay and met some very nice people staying in the other apartments of the villa. The villa is comfortable and even without air-conditioning remains cool enough with the windows open. Giancarlo and Luciano are very friendly and helpful. The pool, hot tub and pool area is wonderful. To enjoy the area itself it is essential to have a car and you need to drive a way to visit some amazing places. Locally there are some pretty villages but for shops you need to go a bit further. The highlights of our stay were the beach at Baia de Silenzio in Sestri Levante and our trip to Cinque Terre. For us although we loved our stay and did indeed love the hills and beautiful scenery, the twisty roads that had to be driven to get anywhere have put us off from staying again. Car sick kids unfortunately but we would certainly recommend a stay here.

Ruim appartement

Het is een ruim appartement met een groot terras. De douchecabine van 1 van de badkamers was kapot dus er kan maar 1 douche gebruikt worden. De eigenaresse is erg lief en zorgde voor iets lekkers bij aankomst. Het gebouw staat te koop en dat merk je er wordt niet veel meer gedaan aan onderhoud, het zwembad heeft onderhoud nodig, er zijn ligbedden kapot bij het zwembad en wordt ook niet regelmatig schoon gemaakt. Het ligt prachtig op de berg maar je moet wel, als je ergens heen wilt, minimaal 25 minuten de berg afrijden om ergens te komen. Het gebouw heeft 3 appartementen en geen b&b zoals er op sommige sites vermeld staat.

Endroit calme, propre... nous avons appréciée notre sejours. Nous n'avons pas ete a l'exterieur le soir pour cause de frelons. Propriétaire tres gentils qui parle français. :-)

Luciano et son épouse font tout pour que leurs hôtes se sentent bien et passent un bon séjour. La Maison est au calme, confortable. Luciano est à l écoute des besoins ou questions de ses hôtes. Voiture obligatoire.

Traumhaus in einzigartiger Umgebung

Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und sehr, sehr sympathisch. Das Haus ist perfekt! Es hat an nichts gefehlt, es ist sehr geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Bademantel war so weich und bequem!! Man fühlte sich sehr gut aufgenommen. Gemüse und Kräuter aus dem Garten machten unser Essen zu wahren Gedichten und der Panoramablick ist einzigartig. Wir sind sehr dankbar, dass wir dort wohnen durften und werden diesen Urlaub nie vergessen. Vielen lieben Dank

Vakantiewoning om tot rust te komen.

Heel rustig verblijf. Vriendelijke gastvrouw. Mooie omgeving met top-restaurantjes in de buurt (wel met de auto want veel omhoog en omlaag). De winkel is iets verder rijden. Sestri Levante op 20 min. rijden. Douche is wel aan vernieuwing toe.

Des hôtes très sympathiques, discrets et très disponibles , un accueil chaleureux et de précieux conseils. Agréable de regagner la montagne après des journées de visite bien remplies et de se délasser dans le jacuzzi. Vue magnifique

5ème séjour pour nous chez Luciano et Giancarla, toujours aussi agréables et attentifs. Appartement assez vaste pour 5, grande terrasse avec vue jusqu'à la mer. Grande piscine, espaces de jeux sur place. Randonnées en montagne autour et la mer à 30 minutes.

superbe vue !!!

propriété très agréable dans un environnement calme et verdoyant avec une vue magnifique.. Belle piscine , grande terrasse et literie confortable.. Super FeWo in der Natur

Wir haben die FeWo im September mit 3 Kinder (3, 6, 9 Jahre) genutzt. Das Haus ist absulut der Hammer. Warmer Whirlpool, Swimmingpool, 2 Bäder, sehr sauber, nette Vermieter, wunderschön in der Natur, wunderschöne Aussicht, absolute Ruhe und idylisch. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Nachteilig war allerdings die Anfahrt. Die FeWo liegt in den Bergen (sehr kurvig) und man braucht nach Sestri Levante 30min. Sestri Levante gibt es dann Supermärkte, Strand, etc. Man hat in der FeWo alles was man braucht und kann auch dort sehr gut mit Kindern relaxen - allerdings ist dann eben kurz zum Supermarkt oder Strand, dann doch eben Zeitaufwendig und muss das dann gut einplanen. Am Pool waren leider sehr viele Wespen, Hornissen, Bremsen und Bienen, die von dem Wasser am Seitenrand angezogen wurden. Für Erwachsene ist das OK - aber die Kinder fanden es nicht so angenehm... Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage

Très bon acceuil avec des informations utiles sur la région. La terrasse est très bien avec une vue superbe (et belle piscine). La maison est bien située en retrait de la grande affluence tout en étant proche des sites à voir.

Wonderful place, super friendly hosts!

We really enjoyed our stay! The pool was great, the apartment spacey and the playground right in front the door very helpful with the kids! Luciano and Giancarla were very friendly hosts!

Très bel endroit, une vue splendide

Superbe séjour passé chez Luciano et sa femme ! Nous avons été superbement bien accueillis, une corbeille de fruits du jardin, un petit café italien.. Luciano parle très bien français et se débrouillera pour que tout se passe bien ! La maison surplombe la vallée et la vue est donc splendide! La piscine est très agréable ( bien que froide quand nous y étions !) Le seul hic de cet endroit est l'emplacement car un peu loin de tout ! Mais n'ayez pas peur ! Seulement 20 minutes pour aller à Sestri Levante et ses superbes plages Merci encore de la part de 5 copines !
