"Everything was 5 star. It’s like living in a castle in the sky with hot thermal pools everywhere and amazing food. We loved our outdoor patio with the sunset view of the panorama."

"It’s a lovely hotel. Reception was nice and the room very clean with an incredible view out the window of the valley behind. No balcony but a Juliet railing with large opening windows. The breakfast buffet was excellent, self serve with exception of coffee which was served by a very pleasant waiter. Parking is a bit of challenge in a steeply sloped narrow driveway beside the hotel.Take the time to line up the car to go straight through the narrow gate and you’ll be fine. Also very nice sitting area beside the restaurant. "

"The staff went out of their way to help with whatever we needed, including help with a rental car issue. The restaurant dinner was very high quality. The family connection with the winery made for a very enjoyable stay. It featured a wine made from grapes of a varietal thought to be extinct but was rescued when its roots were discovered in a cave. The wine Tizza was probably the best I have ever had the chance to enjoy!"

"Colchão, travesseiro e coberta muito boas, melhor noite de sono. Descansei bem. O ar não estava funcionando (ou eu não soube como ligar) o chuveiro, fantástico. Não queria sair do banho. Quarto bem arrumado e com ótimo espaço. O cara da recepção super gente boa. Mandou umas palavras em português e foi bem atencioso."
