「A charming manager who greeted us and also managed the breakfast buffet - extremely hard working. Our room was immaculate and the location good. Only slight downside was that there was no parking at the hotel but there was free onsite parking nearby. 」

「The room was very clean. Location perfect too. Loved the bed, really helped us have a wonderful sleep. Oskar was super helpful and the communication was great throughout. The suites are on a hill but it isnt too difficult to walk up, there is a good supermarket within 1 minute walk.」

「I have stayed in several parador before and this is the worst parador I have been. The air con was not functioning well, mattress not comfortable. Couldn't sleep well for all night. 」

「I spent 4 days in Santander and the hotel is really good. Nice location, clean and staffs are very nice and helpful. They helped me to arrange for early check in and helped us to book the restaurants. I am pretty sure I will book this hotel again.」

「I liked the kind people, the breakfast, the location. The restaurants in the surrounding were a little bit less attractive. The people of the cafetaria at the supermarket were friendly and helped us in English, but the food choice could be better in the village. Especially English speaking help」
