“Lovely place in the hills, staff are very helpful & friendly. Previous reviews are spot on, particularly the one about an easy walk downhill to Lakka but walk back is up hill (mind it’s only 22mins). ”

“Wer einen ruhigen, idyllischen und besonderen Ort sucht, ist in der Villa Elaia richtig. Der Ausblick ist Wahnsinn! Das Apartment war sehr geräumig und sauber. Toll war auch das Bücherregal, an dem man sich bedienen konnte. Der Weg nach Gaios ist möglich, jedoch beschwerlich (steil, Nachts ohne Beleuchtung, holprig). 1-2 Mal machbar. Auf Dauer ist jedoch ein Transportmittel sehr zu empfehlen! Die Vermieterin Evi steht jederzeit bereit für Tipps, bei Anliegen und auch für den einen oder anderen……

“This is a very expensive hotel that does not in any way justify the cost (£250 a room!). The website states there are two restaurants a buffet and a la carte. We telephoned to book dinner in the a la carte ( with sunset views of the sea by the pool as in the photographs) and were told the restaurants were closed. The only option available was a set menu . Our table overlooked the concrete drive and the entire area smelt of sewerage. Dinner was very poor. I did manage my grilled aubergine……
