「Beautiful, small, and well maintained. Casa Vincke is located very close to the beach and delightful bars and restaurants. Check in was very easy (for those used to boutique hotels without a formal front desk), and check out was perfectly easy as well. Will definitely be returning.」

「Friendly and welcoming staff who speak good English and were quick to respond via message prior to our stay. Great location and plenty of nearby free parking. The room was stylish however not much space for luggage/items. Although the room came with a kettle and pod espresso machine, it was disappointing that the coffee pods were not replenished, and even the cups and sauces were not replaced after being clearly used. 「The air conditioning had been broken for more than 2 weeks, the carpets in the hallways were filthy, and the drain in the shower smelled like there was a dead animal. They gave me a fan for my room and told me to keep the patio doors open. I am a woman traveling alone. I checked out after 4 hours and went to another hotel. The Hotel Santana-Amazing!!」

「Les 4 étoiles sont méritées pour l’extérieur où le cadre est exceptionnel. L’intérieur des logements n’est pas un 4 étoiles. Le personnel est très sympa Bémol : les cartes d’accès n’ont pas fonctionnées par 3 fois le petit déjeuner mériterait plus de fruits du vrai jus d’orange. Un peu plus de discipline à la piscine faire respecter les règles aux enfants bruyants qui sautent en permanence alors que c’est interdit. Le séjour y a été agréable 」

「Average stay with dishonest staff. We booked a double room (1 double bed for 2 people), but were given a twin room (2 single beds for 2 people) instead. When we raised this with staff, they said the hotel only had twin rooms, but we then noticed that one of the rooms being cleaned was a double room! Two other things that were quite bad: (1) the swimming pool is very small and has very few seats next to it, and (2) the vending machine will take your money and won’t give you what you paid for」
