“The hotel service is generally ok and breakfast is good. The only thing we found inconvenience is there is no shower room or enclosed area for bath or shower. We booked a room accommodation for 4 persons. There is a bathtub not far from the bed and there is no door or blind. Basically the room inside has no privacy for a group of 4 to stay. Fortunately, we only stayed 1 night and can take shower after we moved to the next hotel. ”

“Quinta Velha’s a gem tucked in Sintra’s hills, about a 10-minute walk from Pena Palace and the village center. It’s a small, upscale B&B on two hectares of forest, with a cool mix of old Portuguese charm and modern touches—think restored 1800s beams paired with sleek furniture. “This place was absolutely charming with lots of characteristics!! We stayed 2 nights in the room 'Moon River'(queen size bed). The room was very clean, spacious and with lovely big windows. We appreciated the attention in the small details. Breakfast was great and met our needs (cold and hot options). “Awesome location. A bit of a walk from downtown Sintra but it had a big public parking lot right next door. We parked the car and walked downtown and to all of the castles. The room was extremely small but it was all we needed. Try "pasta de nata" frim the coffee shop next door......amazing!”

“这家BB虽然其貌不扬，但是进来之后才发现根本就是森林系的小院，这里有个迷你的动物园！！他们养了很多小动物，几只鹦鹉，两只兔子，狗，水池里有锦鲤，格网里养了雉鸡！！！后院很美，尤其是在春暖花开草木疯长的时候来真的很不错！！住了两天感觉非常美好，因为条件受限，住房条件很一般：设备比较老，但是还算干净，水龙头一开始没有热水要放一会儿才行，隔音不是很好，除此之外我觉得一切都很不错。适合爱拍照的年轻人来住。”

“We appreciated that they contacted us via WhatsApp which allowed for quick and fluid communication. Anything we needed there was a response in less than 5 minutes. They kindly sent a map of nearby free parking and we were able to secure a spot less than 2 minutes walking from the property.
