The kitchenette can be cold during the winter months from November to March; however, inside the house you will find everything you need for a warm breakfast. For main meals, you can explore the area and its rich gastronomy, choosing between seaside restaurants or heading inland to taste typical Salento dishes. The elevated terrace is the heart of the house: here you can cook and enjoy your meals with a pleasant view of the surrounding greenery. You can have breakfast immersed in the tranquility of the countryside or dine outdoors, relaxing with the sounds of nature. The house can accommodate up to 3 people and offers modern comforts such as Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace, smart TV, and air conditioning. The large private outdoor area, garden, barbecue, and outdoor shower complete the experience, providing an ideal retreat for relaxation. The property is 4 km from the sea of Santa Maria di Leuca and 10 km from a free and equipped beach, both easily reachable by car. Parking is available on the property. One small pet is allowed. Smoking and organizing events or parties are not permitted. The property offers homemade products. In case of excessive consumption or improper use of air conditioning, additional costs may apply. There is storage for motorbikes and bicycles. Guidelines for correct waste separation are provided; further information will be given on site.
