“Beautiful outside area/views/trees and plants. Definitely a place where you will want to spend most of your time outdoors! Appreciated this even more after seeing other properties where gardens were sparse. It felt very private (although there is a property next door - not sure whether this is in use). We spent a lot of time at the property and I found the outdoor chairs uncomfortable towards the end of the stay. Mid-may was cooler and much more windy than I expected.”

The layout was a bit unusual with one full bathroom next to the kitchen and not near either of the main bedrooms. We only found out about a third bedroom into our stay. “The house was very spacious. It was very clean. It had a lovely private garden/ orchard and although the pool was not big it was good for cooling off. There was a cafe next door and a bakery next door to that. There is a supermarket about 3mins in the car away and there are a few local restaurants. We only ate at one, Il Sogno.. “We arrived and one hour later, we felt like home. The house is very nice and the area around is beautifull. The owner are available at any time and incredebly nice and helpfull. Antonio is a great guy and Assunta can help you for anything you want to know, just awesome people. We stayed 14 days and where 5 adults und two litlle kiddies. The pool area fitts perfect in the dayli routine and the beach at pescoluse is gorgeous. Probably the nicest beach in italy. We will for sure go and stay another……
