The Pacific ocean is your backyard with private beach access right from our decks in 28 seconds. When you stay, you will be in one of the closest units to the beach with no mound in dunes blocking your view of the ocean. On lucky occasions, you might spot otters, seals, dolphins, and even whales along the shore. We have and so have many of our guests!

Nestled in the sand dunes surrounding Monterey Bay and with an easy ride to Santa Cruz, Monterey, and new and modern Salinas Northbridge Mall and Harden Ranch Plaza, our beach home is the perfect vacation getaway in the area. We are easily accessible from Highway 1. Explore Santa Cruz Boardwalk, Carmel by the Sea, Pebble Beach golf resorts, the scenic 17-mile drive, Monterey Bay Aquarium, and Moss Landing’s Elkhorn Slough, Whale watching etc. And in case, you are having too much fun at the beach to step away for food or grocery shopping, Instacart & Doordash will deliver straight to your doorstep.

Such a gorgeous beach property in a lovely area. We appreciated so much that there were amenities for kids too (baby gate, toys, movies, Disney, beach toys, etc). Check in was easy and seamless. The instructions for everything were easy to access and understand. The home is tidy. The view and proximity to the beach is unmatched. We will actively be looking to stay in the Dunes for our future visits!

This place was magical with beautiful surroundings. This condo has very nice appliances and beds. Access to the hot tub was a bonus. We used it as a jumping off point to point loves and Big Sur for day trips and then had a wonderful place to unwind afterward. Would book again!

This property had outstanding amenities! It was very comfortable and easy to get to Monterey/Carmel/Pacific Grove. I would highly recommend this property and we plan to come back next year!

Came for college graduation. View was stunning. Very close to beach. House immaculate and very easy to communicate with host. Everything we needed for a weekend stay. Would love to stay longer in future.

Iowa Family Vacation

The pictures don't do the house justice. This place felt more like a home than most rentals. Home is well equipped, comfortable, labels everywhere so you know how things work, and the security at the entrance was amazing! Lisa is a fantastic and I hope to stay here again!

Beautiful Views for a Great Getaway

We had a great stay here just a few miles north of Monterey. The place was very nice and had great views. We had a couple of small questions that came up for the owner and they responded quickly and thoroughly to make sure our stay was the best it could be.

Beautiful home on the beach

We celebrated my husband’s 50th birthday and I couldn’t have been happier with the place and location. The house is beautiful, super clean, and the views spectacular. I appreciate Lisa’s frequent check ins and would highly recommend this beautiful home.

We loved this property! Excellent views of the ocean, easy access to the beach, club house privileges (tennis, basketball, pool in the summer, hot tub, etc), VERY QUIET neighborhood, quick access to Monterey, includes use of four free passes to the Aquarium, very clean, well stocked kitchen, extremely responsive host. This property was perfect! We highly recommend!

Everything Promised and More

A lovely, cozy and spacious home. Perfect for families or mixed groups. While it’s not a swimming beach, the waves were incredible to watch the house or the short walk to the dunes. The clubhouse has great amenities, and the house provided rackets and other activities. My son and his friend had a great time!

Amazing location

The house is right on the beach. It was very clean and well taken care of. The only thing we needed to bring was food. Everything else is in the house. The view is spectacular. The host was very welcomeing. I highly recomend this property.

Fantastic beach property

Fantastic place for our annual girls trip!!!

My besties and ❤️love the California coastline and we love gather for a few days to each Fall to nosh on great food, drink fine wines, walk barefoot in the sand collecting shells, stay up way too late, get too little sleep, witness the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets and enjoy spiritual experiences and lots of laughs. This home was THE PERFECT HOME for all that that and MORE!
