"This place is a hidden gem !! We usually stay at Four Seasons and wanted something more "boutique" and intimate . This unit did not fail . It has shades for the early morning sun , a great AC , comfortable bed and TV. The views are incredible. The beach club there has amazing breakfast and lunch and you have access to the beach with comfy lounge chairs and umbrellas. Host was great and this was absolutely perfect !! "

"Right on the beach, great on site restaurant. Short taxi ride into downtown Charlestown. Walking distance to convenient store and Barefoot Beach Bar which is also another great restaurant. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Nevis!"

"We had a lovely week at Gary's place. We made breakfast each morning and sat on the porch overlooking the sea and watching the monkey's play. This is not a fancy place, it is very casual and rustic and easy going for families. The house is close to many beaches and amazing restaurants. We felt very safe and we really enjoyed our stay. "

"Zenith was perfect for our quick trip to Nevis. The house is well stocked, very comfortable, spacious and private. The beach is great and allows for a 1.5 mile walk straight out your door. We enjoyed our own umbrella setup on the beach and the private pool at the villa. Chrishie’s Beach Club is just down the beach (on the same property) and offers excellent food options (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and is a great spot for cocktails as the sun goes down. The location of Zenith is great with easy access to town and some of the great restaurants on the island. We would definitely recommend Zenith when visiting Nevis. It won’t disappoint. "
