"Cathleen and Mark were the ideal hosts. They helped us with local knowledge and arranged a car rental for us. The house was charming and nicely appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beach in front was beautiful and the swimming was everything we hoped it would be. "

"Our host was very quick to respond to our inquiries. Our caretaker at the house, Harrison King was outstanding. He answered and fixed any issues immediately. He made us feel most welcomed. The view was spectacular.The criticisms I have are the house interior wasn’t as clean as we would have expected. From the photos on VRBO we thought the place would have been pristine. My friends and I had to clean some kitchen cupboards and drawers upon arrival. The master bedroom is in need of a new mattress. Some TLC throughout the house is also needed.That being said, we lived outdoors and enjoyed the surroundings.I would recommend updated photos to replace the ones that are currently on the VRBO site."

"We had the most amazing stay! The house was superbly located on an elevation that allowed for 360 views from the wrap around veranda. Well-appointed kitchen with everything we needed for our stay. The beach is a short walk with access to explore the many reefs by snorkeling. The host was welcoming and responsive. Loved it!"

"The house was fully equipped and clean. There was nothing that we needed that wasn’t already there. The location was 2 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from 2 very well equipped grocery stores. We’ve stayed on a lot of Bahamian islands and have to say this one had the most up to date rental cars and access to groceries and amenities. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning installed one bedroom that worked very well. We did miss air conditioning in the main areas. We took our own firestick that work very well with the starlink internet. Owners and property management was excellent. "

"Stephanie is a gem. She always provides an incredible environment for me to come visit. Peaceful and relaxing here. The house is a darling cottage and has everything I need. The beds are so comfortable, nice bedding and pillows! The water is beautiful and calming. Sitting on the deck anytime of day is a joy, nice shade even when’s it’s hot. The pool and the cover over it are perfect way to spend an afternoon after my long walk on a beach that I have all to myself! The water is the most beautiful color, the sunrises and sunsets are the most spectacular that you will ever see. Lots of time to be in peace, calm and solitude. 100 stars!"

"The perfect vacation home depends on what your perfect vacation is. This was MY perfect vacation home. We wanted comfort, and seclusion and we got it! We stayed early November of 2025 and never saw more than two people out walking the beach. There are a couple other homes within view but they were empty. The deck looking out over the ocean was definitely a highlight but the inside was very nice also. The upstairs and downstairs can be rented separately but we rented both just to make sure we were alone. Also there is some snorkeling stuff in the garage (accessed from the upstairs unit and more in a closet in the downstairs unit. A couple things to be aware of. You have to buy drinking water and ice for drinks since the house water is only for bathing. Also the house is quite a drive from almost all stores and restaurants so buy plenty of supplies before going there. Spend time on google earth getting familiar with the island and where some of the stores and food places are. There are two main grocery stores and both are ok but we liked Gilberts better. And while we didnt explore lots of places to eat we loved Hidden Treasures with chef Trevor. It takes quite a while to get your food so i recommend calling your order in an hour early or take your swimsuits and swim in the calm crystal clear water right outside his backdoor while you wait. The property manager lana was great and very responsive to amy questions we had. "
