“The photos of this house accurately showed all its features, there were no surprises. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped (some of the group found the beds too hard, others were happy with their bed). We especially liked the roof terrace and kitchen. Sadly before we arrived we had real problems getting an answer and understanding how we could get into the property at the beginning of our stay- this caused a lot of stress for two friends who were the first to arrive. “We stayed for 2 weeks and were very pleased with this property. It had everything we needed for preparing our own meals and was very close to a great market. The apartment was very clean and well kept and the outdoor space was lovely. Susanna was very helpful and responded to any questions we had in a prompt manner. The only issue was the staircase is narrow and made it hard to get luggage in and out. But that was only a minor inconvenience and we would definitely recommend this property”

“We came to Valencia for 6 days and the apartment was great, super close to the old town, we enjoyed walking around in the city a lot. The view from the apartment is amazing and the neighbors were really nice as well. The place is not too big but for two people it's perfect, be careful when getting to the bedroom both of us got a nice souvenir bruise (the ceiling is very unforgiving XD). “The property was exactly as expected from the VRBO ad. The property including the pool were beautiful and Raul, our host, was very attentive. If there was anything we needed he took care of it very quickly. A vehicle is a definite must for this property but amenities and the sea with many beautiful beaches are very close by, with a few beaches by just walking down the hill. There was a great restaurant just up the hill as well. There is so much to see within an hour north or south of this……
