Long weekend parkrun stay

Central location, very friendly welcoming staff, handy for shops, sightseeing and main town, nice and secure building with a bit of history, clean, quiet and good Aircon in the room, decent price.

The sweetest hosts!

We stayed here for three nights and it was fantastic. The hosts were so helpful. Even though their English was as good as our Italian they answered every question and WhatsApp and were there whenever we needed them including arriving really late. It couldn't be in a better location on the main street of Catania. The price is great value. It's not five star luxury. But it was five star service. It's really subtle to find on the street a small sign next to a big green door. I can't fault our stay here. Bruno and Daniella were the best. Would happily stay here again.

Need to communicate before

The staff is helpful but we couldnt comunicate well because he forgot my booking. İ stayed at the door noone opened the door. Then we called and he came in 5 min. But it was not good. The room was big enough and breakfast was at the Cafe near the b&b.

Fantastic hotel

We loved this hotel! Right on the main street of Catania, within walking distance of the sights. The room was huge with everything we needed, and breakfast was provided in a cafe a few minutes walk away. The people in the hotel were helpful and friendly. Our flight didn’t arrive until early hours of the morning, we called ahead and the guy was waiting for us. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Ottima posizione da cui è possibile raggiungere le varie zone di Catania. Vicina alla Villa Bellini e a negozi di qualsiasi genere. Servita da mezzi pubblici tra cui Alibus. Il titolare della struttura è stato accogliente e disponibile anche se siamo arrivati dopo il check in. La struttura è dotata di comodissimi letti, un frigo piccolo, un balcone che si affaccia sulla via principale e dotato di un bagno indipendente situato in camera e accessibile anche per disabili. Per essere una quadrupla si stava comodi su tutto. la collaboratrice puliva tutte le mattine la stanza.La colazione si consumava al bar vicino.La struttura si trova in perfetto centro, non c'è bisogno di prendere l'auto per andare in centro, e si trova vicino ad una fermata di pullman. Alle spalle si trova un grandissimo parco. L'unico inconveniente era il parcheggio...sono tutti a pagamento

We used this property for an event we hosted - lots of back and forth with the owner with some concern about the security of our reservation. In the end it worked out...it’s in a good location (Main Street Catania) and is clean and livable.

Хотя месторасположение неплохое: рядом парк и в двух шагах остановка автобуса до аэропорта, проблем было много для одного дня пребывания. Сначала не работал вай-фай. Пришлось переехать в другой номер, где он работал и плохого запаха в номере уже не было. Почему-то стала мигать лампочка, ее поменяли. На утро не смогли мне выдать квитанцию об оплате городского налога и просто отдали мне 1 евро обратно. Утром дали адрес кафе, где должен был пройти завтрак, я пришел туда, а кафе оказалось закрыто. Отвели в другое кафе, завтрак в итоге был стакан молока и пироженое. Ну и языковой барьер даже если вы более-менее владеете английским. На картинках выглядело лучше, чем ощущения по приезду.

Prima, informeel, prettig hotel

Hotel was niet eenvoudig te vinden achter een oude metalen deur. Eigenaar spreekt alleen Italiaans en derhalve was de aankomst wat ingewikkeld 's avonds laat. Daarna prima contact gehad met eigenaar en dame die hotel schoon houdt etc. Danielle is haar naam. Erg prettig en informeel hotel aan drukke straat in Catania met weinig parkeerplaatsen, die onbezet zijn; dus alles te voet gedaan, hetgeen prima te doen is naar centrum Catania. Bij een eventueel volgend verblijf in Catania zouden we weer naar dit hotel gaan. Eigenaar helpt bij naar boven en beneden brengen van bagage via trappen.
