I recently stayed four nights at Nova Suite in Catania, Sicily, and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the train station and the main bus station, which made it very easy to travel around the city and take day trips. Flavia was especially helpful and went out of her way to check me in at 2:00 PM, even though the regular check-in time starts at 3:00 PM. She also provided a great list of local restaurants, which was very helpful for discovering authentic places to eat in the city. The room was very clean and well maintained, and the housekeeping staff were wonderful. The cleaning lady was extremely friendly and changed my towels every day, which made the stay even more comfortable. There was some street noise, which is fairly typical for a central location in Catania, but it did not affect my sleep. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend Nova Suite to anyone visiting Catania.
