Me and my husband stayed in the romantic room and it was very nice. They put heart shaped ballons, fake flower petals and little love decorations around the room, it was a nice touch. Sheets and towels were clean, the hot tub has Bluetooth capability which was very nice. The only thing I think would be better is if they get a firmer mattress, it's too soft, you sink right in it. There are no employees that stay on premises but they are very responsive through text/WhatsApp. All in all it was a good stay :)

We stayed for six nights. The reception desk is rarely staffed but the check-in instructions via What’s App were clear. Our room was a bit small with tight spaces for two adults with two pieces of luggage to open. There were no chairs and only a small stool, naturally because of the limited space. The wardrobe is of limited use because of tight space and very high top hanger bar. Aircon worked well. The staff kindly provided us with towel changes every day and on request quickly provided us with a table and two chairs for the balcony. The bathroom was clean but had no counter space for personal effects. The common area is a nice space with coffee and other amenities, but not stocked regularly. The B&B location is excellent: next to the beautiful Bellini garden and close to Via Etnea and many good restaurants. Breakfast coupons were provided for a coffee and a pastry at a nearby cafe. On the whole, an ok place for short visits.

The lady’s of the hotel were kind and very accommodating! The stay is beautiful. You get vouchers to the local cafe, which is delicious and quaint. Also, it’s right near the garden across the street from the hotel! I also loved the romantic room ❤️ 10/10 stay!

Staff support wasn't originally lacking, it was good. However, was bitten by bugs in the bed and still have the lacerations on my legs a month later. Tried to speak to them about compensation and they said its not their problem... Expedia was helpful but I would never stay here again. Much better hotel just down the road.

Beautiful place, clean and spacious. Located in a central location, a short walk to the centre of it all and yet, quiet at night. Nicely appointed with both a private balcony and a common area. Easy check in instructions, well communicated by the staff. Highly recommend.

Was a great property and the staff were exceptional. They went out of their way to accommodate us. Two things to note. There are three flights of stairs to climb and get luggage up. Also, be sure to check your hot water as the heater might be off. Once they turn it on, you will have plenty. We highly recommend and would stay here again.

The hotel and room was nice. However the bed had a hole in the middle so you rolled into the middle of the bed. Also the pillows were big and hard. The sheets were rough and scratchy. We did not sleep almost all night here. The bed should be the most important item in the room! There was no counter space in the bathroom to put your items.

The front desk was staffed for a few hours a day, and outside of those hours were to be contacted via a social media app. For the first few days of our stay, the keycode to open the doors kept expiring, and I was unsure any staff would get a message quickly to let us in. I let them know when we were going out, kept my phone charged, and they were responsive. Also, there was flooding during our stay, and the hotel needed to turn off all power and water for an entire day to fix it. I wish I could give a better review because the staff was friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay, the room was amazing! the only note is that the air conditioning is very loud, I think it is becaude of the acoustics of the room, but we got use to it, so not a deal breaker.

The property was beautiful from the moment that you enter. The room was very comfortable, particularly the bed. AC was perfect, bathroom was spacious and beautiful, and the ceilings were mesmerizing to look at.
