"This was a lovely hotel, the room was very spacious with a gorgeous high ceiling. The location was walking distance to the main sights and also Via Etnea, places to eat and supermarkets were near by.
There isn't a lift in the hotel but it didn't take away how lovely the hotel was."

"This hotel is close to downtown Catania (about 2 km walk). We were able to choose between a room downstairs or a suite upstairs. We chose the suite because it had a small kitchen and a private terrace. You have to take fairly narrow spiral staircase to get upstairs but this was not a problem for us. We paid to have breakfast every morning. It was quite a small breakfast: coffee, white bread, croissants, cakes, juice and yogurt, but it got us started well. The service was excellent! We were...

"Very disappointing experience. The room looked similar to the photos, but the outside of the property and the overall hotel were nothing like I expected.
The worst part was how I was treated. Staff knocked on my door, yelled at me, and threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave. I had planned to stay another night, but after being treated that way, I left instead.
I travel all over the world because as a pilot, so I stay in hotels almost every day , This was one of the most unprofessional...
