Cataño Hotel with Pool

"The entire hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool was good size and family friendly with a kiddie pool in a separate area. Our room was immaculate. Fresh towels, soap, accessories restocked every day. Then entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Very decent complimentary breakfast every day and we loved the happy hour. A nice perk to our stay."

"The hotel was great. Room was clean, staff was friendly & helpful, the pools were nice and the casino was the best one we went to. We didn’t eat at any of the restaurants or get drinks from the bar. The drinks were expensive. Lots of places nearby to walk to for food & drinks. Eat at Tayzan and get a pina colada from the little place on the corner. The area is very metro so if you’re looking for relaxed island vibes, this is not it. The beach is amazing & steps from the hotel but it’s not a good area for swimming. Waves were very choppy and there were signs posted warning about rip tides. Old San Juan is a close uber ride. "

"Our room was very very clean and it smelled so good. Housekeeping even left us some treats. From valet, check in, concierge, lifeguards, servers, chefs, check out, etc. were kind, courteous, respectful and loveable. "
