“The location of the property was excellent…with in walking distance to the beach and nice balcony view of the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cafe was closed the first two nights I was there but when opened breakfast was very good. The pool was okay just located in front of guest rooms and l did not see a hot tub. The room had no working tv for the first two nights, staff tried to help but when they called management they said we will fix it the next day. Which they never……

“Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. We were given our room almost an hour after the official check-in time, which was extremely inconvenient. During our stay, there were recurring issues with the water service; at times there was no water at all, and hot water was unavailable as well.The parking area was also in poor condition and did not appear to be properly maintained. Overall, the service and facilities did not meet our expectations, and the lack of basic amenities……
