「Stranded 1 night in Rio & exhausted. Booked a room at Modernistas Hospedagem e Arte because it's in a traditional touristic neighborhood, as opposed to the beaches. I already know (& love) the beaches but was coming to Rio after 2 wks on Florianópolis beaches. Missed my flight to US at Riogaleão, arriving after midnight. Check in ends at 6pm, but for a small late check-in fee, the reservations agent secured an onsite caretaker, Antonieta, to await me. By the time I picked up my bag, cleared...

「First time in Brazil, and this hotel was a nice hotel. I enjoyed the proximity to dining, beach, shopping, etc. I would've paid more for a nicer room, but I didn't spend much time in the room anyway. Rooftop pool and bar was a plus and so was the buffet style breakfast downstairs! 9/10 recommend.」

「O hotel tem ótima localização, tivemos um bom atendimento de toda equipe, inclusive fomos muito bem recebidoa e orientados. Quarto com camas confortáveis, bem aconchegante e limpo. O café da manhã muito diversificado e saboroso. A localização é perfeita, pois fica ao lado da estação do metrô e um diversificado opções de bares e restaurantes que não é necessário deslocamento por meio de transporte, basta ir a pé!」

「Positiv in dem Hotel war das sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Personal am Empfang / Rezeption. Außerdem war das Frühstück echt in Ordnung. Insbesondere die ganzen weichen Brötchen. Okey bis schlecht war jedoch leider der Rest. Die Zimmer waren so semi sauber. Wir hatten einmal eine dreckige Decke, der Abfluss im Bad war nicht sauber und unsere Toilette nicht mehr fest verankert (Raum 1150). Der Pool hat seine besten Zeiten hinter sich und das Personal scheint dort etwas überfordert zu sein....

「Casa Nova Hotel was my lighthouse in a storm. They took me in and help me as a weary travel who had just lost their nonexistent VRBO. Because that is exactly what happened. My lack of speaking very much português was another great way that they helped me. I would highly recommend them.」
