"These condos are so spacious and are stocked with everything needed. Very clean overall but floors need to be mopped better but all other spaces (kitchen, baths) were super clean. Absolutely beautiful grounds and it is gated so wonderful for walking the property day or night. Quiet area with 8 pools to choose from. We will definitely return for a 4th stay!!"

"The carpet in the hallways are old dirty and smell bad, the rooms are carpeted but they stink and the bathroom need remodeling."

"The location is great as it is close to the airport. Heather was so great to communicate with and when we needed to extend our stay she was very accommodating. The condo is close to the pickleball, tennis courts, pool and hot tub. Nice weekend getaway. "

"The bathroom was not the same as the one depicted at booking. The shower head lacked water pressure and the overall look of the bathroom could be better. "

"N/A Office personnel was not very pleasant . Workers i interacted with were very pleasant. Rooms were clean but extremely small and didn't have a decent chair to sit in. Didn't deal with laundry because only there 1 night. Bed was not that comfortable. TV was good and thats about all i can say. I feel very over priced for what we got."

"The entrance to the Westin is gorgeous and grand! But...when you check in at the lobby and registration, you are unexpectedly transported to this very cheap, disorderly and unattractive area! The hotel rooms were very tired with old squishy mattresses (where were those Westin "Heavenly" beds?!) and the furnishings were homely and all bunged/chipped up ): I could never go into the adjacent adult pool to swim and enjoy the ambience, as the pool was very small, crowded and dirty. The surrounding "resort" grounds were more like an overwhelming bird sanctuary as the loud Canadian Geese have taken over the property and are squawking and pooping everywhere, including the river-like water scapes & fountains throughout the resort that are now filthy and stagnating with this bird poop turning the water a murky pale green! This place needs a complete overhaul, clean up and upgrade - and a plan to get rid of the Geese! "

"Convenient to great restaurants and Indian Wells Tennis. Nice clean pool area, and 1 bedroom stay was comfortable. Only there a couple days, so didn't take in many amenities."
