“Enjoyed four nights at the beautiful landscape and modern villas: quiet room, comfort bed, good breakfast and helpful staff. Walking short distance to the local food restaurants nearby. Highly recommend to the traveller who wants recharge after a long day on the road. Definitely we prefer to stay at Mercure Dalat Resort whenever we visit the historical city of Da Lat, Lam Dong. Thank you for your excellent service.”

“整體來說、整個園區非常美麗、就在湖畔邊，還附設了許多設施，環境乾淨、房間很大、服務也很好。 白玉微瑕就是、這邊比較寧靜、在山林湖畔間，出門就是要搭計程車、或是包車會，到處玩會比較方便。 但是有個問題、很嚴重， 我們有使用洗衣服的服務， 飯店人員說我們洗衣服費用會很高、 沒有聯絡到我們確定、不敢幫我們洗， 但是手機（越南）完全沒有接到電話、 下午14:00-17:00在房間休息、也同樣沒有接到任何電話，這與對方的每小時都有聯絡、明顯有出入， 最後11:30退房時、櫃檯居然還收了我們洗衣費用89萬越盾， 如果不是我們打算在飯店用完午餐再離開、再出發去機場搭飛機回胡志明、那是不是這錢就沒救了？ 希望飯店能有所改進、因為這個狀況衍生的問題、可大可小。”

“Hotel is located at hill top facing the lake. Room is big and cozy. Hotel is surrounded by lots of pine trees which you definitely will enjoy a refreshing walk in the morning.”

“Situated at Dalat silent hill top, with just 5mins drive to city centre, this is a100+ years old French colonical villa. Super nice environment, with warm water swimming pool. Breakfast is full of varities. Everything is good except it's a bit pricey.”

“This 2-stars inexpensive hotel is located 10min walk to the Market. Room is in very good condition, everything looks very new. Breakfast is amazing esp. the fresh mango, very sweet. The host is very nice. Must stay if in Dalat.”

“Good location for walking around and experiencing local culture. I chose a kitchenette for having a home cooked breakfast and fridge big enough to hold beverages as well as local foods bought at he market. Sound does bounce off the buildings and you will notice it. I would stay at this location again. Best grocery store we found is the GO! store. It is about a half hour walk away, but in a nice area. Cab back would be recommended. ”

“The hotel is great for a relaxed trip out in the lakes. For Dalat first-timers like us, it was probably not the best choice because we had to take taxi/GrabCar all the time to join day tours that picked up guests from the city center only (hotel shuttle schedule was very sparse during our stay in late Oct). The extra car ride took time, costed money and caused challenges when many drivers were reluctant to cover this location or having a hard time navigating the winding roads in the dark.”

“This property has just opened this year. Therefore it is new and gorgeous. There are a lot of pretty paintings on the wall. Staff are helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this place”

“Stayed in a panoramic suite with balcony and hill view. Very nice room with additional seating area, bi-fold doors to average size balcony. Grab / Taxi needed to get to main Town but averaged at only 34000VND. Breakfast is limited for westerners with just eggs and bread / toast. Hotel is located half way up a hill so for anyone with mobility issues will, transport will be required. Overall, very nice hotel and would definitely stay there again if in Dalat. ”

“This is a very nice hotel where we were very impressed with their tile selections and decor. It appears to be a newly renovated room or it is a relatively new hotel. The location is close to crazy house attraction and please do try out this restaurant that is walking distance and very close by (photo attached). The buffet breakfast has lots of varieties to choose from and tasty. Highly recommended this hotel with spacious and newly renovated room. ”
