“The room was clean. The staff, who checked us in was very accommodating and friendly. Would be nice to have coffee in the lobby. No blanket on bed, just one sheet. I woke up cold. Feel there should be a blanket on the bed, not just a sheet. Otherwise, beautiful hotel. ”

“Hotel is basically new and it's pretty clean. Beds are like full size so two adults will barely fit on one bed. Location is excellent and there are a couple of really good restaurants near by. If I ever come to Valladolid, I will definitely stay in this hotel again. ”

“This hotel stay was absolutely fantastic for us from the second we checked in until the very last moment we checked out. The room was beautiful, the hotel is decor and foliage is stunning, and the way it makes you feel like you are in an oasis was such a special treat. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.... “The hotel is very centrally located...we could walk just about everywhere we wanted to go. The hotel grounds are lovely and the restaurant was delicious. The room was clean, and spacious, but it had nothing in it but the bed, a small desk and 2 nightstands. There was no table or chairs. Had we ordered room service, we would had to eat on the bed. Also, the lighting in the room was quite dim. Perhaps most irritating was the room key card. It only worked some of the time. We'd touch the key……

“Room was nice and clean. AC worked great, especially that it was 34C. Shower water never got hot.
Breakfast was omlette (for me) and waffle for my daughter. Free tea and hot water and there is a fridge and microwave for guests to use. Pool was small but adequate for sunning and cooling off.
It's a 2 minute walk to Cenote Zaci and 8 minute walk to the ADO bus station, so quite centrally located. ”
