“Again I enjoyed eating off real dishes at breakfast. The food was acceptable. One issue was the bathroom fan was connected to the light. Turn the light on fan goes on. So I couldn't use the light as a nightlight. Bed was comfortable. All staff were accommodating and helpful when needed.”

“In the morning there was a plumbing issue, resulting in the water being shut off in our room. When brought to the staffs attention, they quickly got us another room to use as a bathroom not requiring us to move. Essentially we had two rooms for the morning.”

“We reached the property around 9:45 00 PM for check-in. During the entire check-in process, the staff member was continuously talking on the phone with someone else, which felt unprofessional and inattentive. The apartment itself was spacious and had enough furniture, which was good. However, the cleanliness and maintenance were very poor. There were ants throughout the apartment, including the kitchen area, bed, and washroom. Since we were traveling with a child, this was especially……

“Room had no hot water. Left however; they refused to refund any of my money. ”

“Hot water was low pressure if you stay in top floor so end up we change to the lower floor and issue resolved. However, the entry door missing the security latch lock so the cleaner can come in directly. The bathroom lock is also not working so I have to put my baggage behind the door when shower. Other than that are ok.”

“Parking was easy. Staff was also good. But the hotel amenities were not at all like the ones explained and shown in the hotel’s explanation. The airconditioner wasn’t working at all. When we complained, The bed was in awful condition. The staff was working and polite but they had to obey their management. The room did not have a single water bottle. We had an enfant with us. And we were simply in a state where we could not do anything rather than just adjust. So a big heads up to all the ppl……
