「I really don’t know where to start it was great from beginning to end! Ricky was a 10/10 host everything you may need he was there to accommodate. Easy communication, friendly it almost felt like staying with a family member. The stay and the pool is beyond beautiful the pictures really don’t give it justice it’s a really massive backyard! We had a pool party for brother who got out of the army and it was enough space to fit everyone. I’m telling you now to look no further THIS stay is the place...

「This is a great place for a large group or family. Lots of beds. Large table for dining. Great backyard for running」

「We loved our stay and plan on returning in the future for a longer stay so we can experience more. It was about the same cost as a hotel stay, but with more of a home feel and a lot more room. I also enjoyed the view of the lake from our front porch. If I could suggeat one little change, maybe open the gym a little earlier than 9am, but that's all.」

「Specious home to enjoy time with family. 25 min form Fredericksburg VA and 1.25 hours from DC. Check out the marines museum which is free and 20 minutes away. 」

「We had a wonderful time here. The host was kind and responded to questions in a timely manner. It was very convenient for trips to DC and to korean spas in the area. 10/10 would recommend.」

「The host was very responsive and interacted well. The house was perfect for my event. I was able to host a family celebration for a graduation. It was the perfect amount of space for everyone to be comfortable. The only issue was the heating and cooling system but as mention earlier the host was so responsive it never became a big issue. I would definitely book with this host/ property agian.」
