“The room was clean, staff were very nice, parking was free and right next door. The only real problem was that we showed up at 4pm for check in and the line to check in was 20+ long. Then when we finally got to the front desk our room was not ready. Our room did not become available until almost 7pm at night. This was very difficult after a long road trip and with a young child. ”
