“Clean room”

“The property was under construction I feel like overpay for this property. I paid around $230 for one night. I would’ve expect a more comfortable situation for example more light in the hotel it was very dark. I don’t think that $230 were worth it. There was a whole construction under the breakfast area. Wasn’t able to enjoy the lobby because they were working on it and there was so much dust it was healthy to breathe. We had a kid there too. It was super uncomfortable. I don’t think it was fair……

“Initial room was not cleaned. Even after going to the desk - the response was I'll let the manager know and housekeeping will come in the morning. There were 2 sweatshirts in the room, trash in the can, bed wasn't made (sheets/covers pulled up to the top), bath mat sitting on the top of the toilet, tissue box empty and separated from the container, used soap on the sink. Had to ask to be moved to a new room. No apologies. ”

“This hotel is beyond clean, well cared for and the beds are the most comfortable I've experienced in a while, and I travel frequently. From check-in to departure, every staff member was friendly, helpful and courteous. The day I was supposed to leave, my plane was delayed by 5 hours, Angel was so sweet in assisting so I could return to my room versus wait at the airport (initial flight was at 6 am). They also have a hotel shuttle that will pick you up and drop you off at the airport. Will……

“I had a great overnight stay for a quick trip to town. The hotel was conveniently located near Bixby, where I was visiting family. The hotel was comfortable and quiet and close to many conveniences. Staff was great and helped resolve an issue with Expedia that resulted in a small delay checking in.”

“Breakfast was really good and staff friendly. Parking good and several spots to park. Pool was not open and would have been nice to just sit outside. Only issue was the floor above us (RM107) we could hear a dog running back and forth on floor and early this morning around 6:30am the dog started barking while we were trying to sleep. ”

“The room was large with a king bed and a couch that opened to a full-sized bed. The room had a desk that did not have a lamp which made it very difficult to do do reading/writing activities. We had to ask the front desk for a lamp. The bathroom was large with a glass door shower. Wasted space. The closet was the usual but there where only three metal baskets for clothing for a room for 4. Need more drawer space. The king sized bed had a very hard mattress and extremely soft pillows. Usually……

“It was clean and quiet and the staff was very nice and helpful. The inside pool was clean and felt great. We had a nice restful stay. Would definitely recommend”
