Welcome to Casa Chillax! Our home in the heart of Catskill Village, built in 1845 and tastefully updated, is perfect for groups, friends, and family to relax, connect, and recharge. 2 hours from NYC | 12 min from Hudson Amtrak station.
With 2,500+ sq. ft., two living rooms, ample seating, skylights, Sonos, a spacious backyard w/ hot tub, and propane fire pit, it’s designed for ultimate comfort. Walkable to restaurants, grocery stores, and amenities - Casa Chillax is your ideal retreat!

Built in 1845 and tastefully remodeled, Casa Chillax offers a perfect blend of old-world charm and modern amenities for an unforgettable stay.

Cook up a feast in our state-of-the-art kitchen, then enjoy your meal in the dining area or outside in the private backyard.

Step outside to enjoy the fresh Hudson Valley air. The backyard features a hot tub, propane fire pit, and plenty of space for coffee, cocktails, or a picnic under the stars.

Nestled in Catskill Village, Casa Chillax is a short drive from local attractions, hiking trails, water activities, a vibrant arts scene, and so many cute towns like Hudson, Saugerties, + more.

- 10-minute walk to Main Street: Restaurants, hot yoga, bars & night spots, antique shops, and more.
- 3-minute walk to Subversive Malting + Brewing: Local brewery. 10 min walk to Left Bank Ciders and Return Brewing.
- 5-minute walk to Juice Branch: Health food and juice bar.
- Nearby park: Perfect for outdoor relaxation.
- 5-minute drive to grocery stores.
- 3-minute walk to 24-hour deli.

Although we love our furry friends, pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis. Only dogs and cats are permitted. All pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival, with an additional $100 cleaning fee.

- Movie room/den with blackout curtains separate from the living room
- Brand new memory foam mattresses with firm and plush options
Please Note:
- Pets must be disclosed and approved before arrival.
- Washer & dryer available for stays longer than 3 nights.
- External security: Three Ring cameras are installed for safety.
- No smoking allowed.

Plenty of onsite parking available.
Location:
Location: directly behind the property is a ½ acre field with two aesthetic barns. The closest neighbor is a commercial building with very little traffic. The property has views of the main road, open grass, and barns. However, this property is on a high-traffic street and you hear cars. While we have completely renovated this property, several properties in the area have not been remodeled and the homes are generally from the late 1800’s & early 1900’s.
