“It was fine … we only stayed one night. Bit outdated. The room was quite large. Hallways had an unusual smell to them. No elevator. AC in the room doesn’t stay on so the room was warm during the night.”

“Not clean at all, ran out of coffee and creamer. Asked to switch rooms. Staff were creepy”

“The room was clean. Very quiet. We enjoyed the pool. Plenty of parking. We were able to park and use the pool before the 3:00pm check in which was a plus. Only complaint is wifi was not great during peak time around 9 pm (worked fine earlier). Otherwise, a nice place to stay within 1/2 mile walking distance from Point Pleasant Beach.”

“No one was there when we got there to check in around 4. We had to call a number for the man to tell us hed be there in 15 minutes. Charged an extra fee upon arrive we weren't made aware of. When we booked check in was 3 and check out was 11 when we got there they had a piece of paper on the front desk stating check in was 2 and check out was 10. That should be changed for people booking online. The room was disgusting. Floors not swept, hot tub had other people's hair in it and dirt, the towels……

“This was the filthiest place I've ever stayed at. Mold around the shower, sink was barely hanging on to the wall, room had a very bad smell. Ac was louder than an airplane taking off. So yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.”

“I recognize that a beach "resort" at the Jersey Shore is not likely to be as "resort-like" as a beach resort in Cancun, but if this was a resort, then a motel with a vending machine is all-inclusive. I just needed a decent room for a few nights, visiting my sister with a house nearby without enough bedrooms. I had a decent size suitcase and was assigned room 118, "across the street and around the corner." Well, 118 is on the second floor and there's no elevator. Nor was there anyone nearby……

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. The owners were fantastic and most gracious.. My glutten free restrictions were ignored, until the owner intervened. She was most kind. Victorian tea house had plenty of extra fee activities. Piano and songs mystery dinners, snd local events. Parking is limited. Our room had a broken towel rack and the best thing that could be said of the shower is it had hot water .There is no elevator so be prepared to carry suitcase up wood steps. The grounds had……
